Beautiful spacious 4 bedrooms and 2 baths house in Palm Bay.

Welcome to Cozy amazing home stay. this is a beautiful and very spacious home. Our goal is to make sure you have the best stay and enjoy your time here. you are close to everything like grocery shopping centers(Walmart, publix, Aldi, winn-dixie ect 5mins drive), nearby beach, mall, restaurants ect. This house is perfect for families and friends to get together and have a good time OR Enjoy a special occasion together. Inside the house, we have:
In the living room; games like dominoes, playing cards, blocks, connect4, taboo. 65 inch ROKU TV with cable and Wifi to access youtube, Netflix, amazon videos(if you have membership) and more...

we have two eating areas, one table have 6 chairs and the other one on the right side of the kitchen have four chairs.

Master bedroom have a king size bed, two walk-in closets and full bathroom. two extra pillows and extra white sheets. 55 inch TV with cable and wifi to access other features.

two bedrooms with queen size beds, walk-in closet with ROKU TV. NO CABLE INCLUDED But wifi access to other features in TV like youtube, Netflix and amazon videos if you have membership.

the last bedroom have a full size bed and a walk-in closet. NO TV INCLUDED.

Outside the house: very large backyard with a fire-pit and beautiful four chairs and umbrella around it. also a nice grill.

24HRS before checking in, door code will be provided with wifi user name and password.

Nice clean house

Nice house, quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed relaxing in the evening around the fire pit after a full day of meetings. Excellent communications with hostess. We would certainly stay there again.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this house. It was close to our family and very easy to find. The host's responses were always timely to all of our inquires. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the floors. We would definitely stay here again.

I can say that our experience was very good. My husband is very demanding about cleanliness and in fact the house was very clean except for one of the beds that apparently had not been changed, the sheets had fluff and looked very wrinkled, the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable at all, We made the suggestion The person in charge of the house is changing to a non-spring mattress. My husband's back suffered a little when sleeping there. It was convenient being at this property it was five minutes away from our friends who were celebrating their daughter's birthday. I recommend this house to anyone who just comes to visit someone who needs a clean and pleasant space with very good and easy access

This property is very beautiful and spacious. We have a nice grill, firepit and 4 chairs in the backyard to enjoy a nice evening outside. Indoor is very spacious for guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Two TV’s with cable and internet access. Another 2 tv’s with just internet access to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime video, playing video games and also board games to enjoy together.
