Check in process was easy, check out process simple. House was very clean and had all needed amenities. Neighborhood felt safe. Everything worked in the house and was easy to use. We enjoyed our stay and plan on going back! Highly recommend for families.

Very nice vacation home

We really enjoyed out stay at this vacation rental. The home was nicely furnished and had all the little extras as well. Comfortable accommodations and convenient location. Host was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any needs we had. Looking forward to staying here again.

Comfortable and Clean

Stayed here with my husband and daughter for a prospect camp at Florida Tech, which was just 15 minutes down the road. This place allowed us to relax after a busy day and also after a beach trip. Beats staying at a hotel and being stuck in one room. Home is well equipped and allowed minimal packing. Convenient to the beach and is in a very quiet, safe and established neighborhood.

In a nice area and minutes to I95 and Melbourne. House was very clean and host was great and great communication. Plenty of room for a family. Had very good wireless and Direct TV and updated kitchen. Had use of the garage with an opener. Supermarket, good cafe, Dunkin Donuts, other restaurants a couple miles away. Will stay here again when in the area.

Perfect Property and location

I rented this property for the weekend for my family attending a wedding in the area. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very thoughtful, there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Thank you. Instructions to get in were clear and easy. We travelled from different locations, so we arrived at different times, however, we had no problems getting in. Thank you for the accommodation, we had a great time.

Not large party friendly

There was not enough seating in the living area and the table only sat 4 people. Overall cleanliness was poor. There were several live and dead cockroaches in the house. The floors were also very dirty, I recommend wearing shoes if you don’t want black feet or ruined socks. Also makes sure and check the app for check in directions because the address and the code that was sent via email was not correct so it took us a minute to find the correct address and code to get in.

The instructions say no parties allowed therefore there won’t be additional seating except for what is provided and outdoor furniture. We just recently had the house sprayed for bugs as that is normal in Florida. Address and code provided were correct and never received a call or a response from anyone in this group.

Went for USSSA tournament

Our family of 7 went down to attend a week long softball tournament. We had a wonderful time at the house and nearby beaches. It felt like home and not overly touristy. We were there for 7 nights and 8 days. We cooked at least 2 times a day in the kitchen and every utensil and pan was there we needed. The kids had a blast with the toys that were there. There was also a pool nearby that was inexpensive to go to that the kids enjoyed. All in all a great place to stay and we will go back if our team returns to that tournament maybe even if they don't!
