Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house was as described. It was very clean and included everything you need for an extended stay. We stayed for an entire month and enjoyed every minute. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the views from both decks were amazing! We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfull place

We came down for 2 weeks . It’s a very comfortable place, close to historic downtown Melbourne, and very close to the beach.we saw dolphins and manatees. We sat out on the top deck every morning and had put coffee :) I would definitely recommend this town house.

A nice Christmas getaway

This townhouse was new, clean, large and very well equipped. The location was fairly central and easy to navigate to and from. Our only complaint was the absence of regular live TV. If it was there, we could not figure out how to access it.

Location, location, location

This unit was in the perfect location with beautiful water views. The floor plan is well laid out and comfortable for four adults to reconnect. We even saw a rocket launch from the porch!

The view was awesome! The condo was perfect for my adult son and me. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was great and loved having the bar area. Walking distance to Starbucks, Frigates Bar and Grill. I will definitely plan to use it again as I often travel to Melbourne.

Could not be better!

Newly renovated townhome with all the bells and whistles. Beautiful view of the harbor from the deck. There was nothing that you might need that wasn’t there. One of the great extras was a brand new washer and dryer. This is a great place to stay if you want to relax and enjoy the harbor!

Great Stay in Melbourne

Property was new and right on the water next to a Marina. We saw dolphins and many other birds sitting on the back patio. Inside was well stocked with essentials and decorated nicely. Close to restaurants in the Art district and a quick drive over the causeway to the beach. We also ventured up the space coast for activities. We were there for a month and would recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located place in Melbourne.

Luxurious Townhouse on the River

My family of 3 adults and two children stayed for three nights in this brand new clean two story townhouse decorated with high end furnishings and appliances which was made wonderful with two balconies facing a river with boats. A sight to behold while lounging on the decks. The property owner was very approachable and answered all my questions. The stay at this townhouse was a 10 out of 10, a very enjoyable experience. I would stay here again at another time I visit Melbourne.

Surprisingly beautiful on the river.

I enjoyed staying here. The property is fairly new and has most things I needed. The manager responded when I had a question. I especially enjoyed being on the river. The only thing that could be changed is to have shampoo and shower gel in the shower. 2 very minor things

the bed was comfortable but very high. I’m 5’4” and it came up to my waist which meant I had to crawl into to bed each night. The second thing is the way into the complex is easy to miss; it just means I had to turn around a time or two.

Sparkling clean and brand new

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was spotless and looks as though it was just built. We liked that it was gated entry and it’s directly on the water. Great location, only 10 mins to the beaches or downtown. It had everything we needed and communication with the host was great. They even let us check in early and check out late. We could see rockets launching from KSC from the back deck. The only things I would suggest are black out curtains or shades for the spare bedroom as the street lamp shines very bright in the window. A a TV in the spare bedroom would be an extra perk too. It’s on a busy road so I could see the noise bothering some. We live on a very busy street and weren’t bothered by it at all. Just some road noise and ambulances every once in a while. We will definitely be back! Loved it!

Cons outweigh the pros

We arrived at the location and attempted to check in about an hour after the check in time, however the address on the listing and the pictures of the exterior had the wrong address which caused us to enter into a entirely different unit. Who doesn’t love breaking and entering when starting their vacation? Once I was able to confirm the correct address we walked into the unit and it had not been cleaned, crumbs on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, and the bed looked like it had been slept it. The host confirmed the cleaners never came, we left to allow the cleaners to clean and got another call from the host that the cleaner didn’t have their own key and we had to go back to give the cleaner the key. We were finally able to get into the unit almost 2 hours later and upon immediate inspection the unit appeared and smelled clean but after walking around in the unit our feet were BLACK and had crumbs stuck to them. One of the 3 towels in primary bedroom had a orange stain on it and there was long black hair on the floor, neither my husband or I have black hair. There was also dirty sheets in the washing machine that I had to take out to wash a load of laundry. The location is safely behind a gate which is nice because it is not in the best neighborhood (we never felt unsafe) and we saw dolphins almost every day which was awesome but we had to wear our shoes inside the whole time we were there. host did refund the cleaning fee to attempt to rectify that issue.
