The house is ideal for a family with smaller children or two couples who want to spend their vacation together. Spend a relaxing stay away from the city noise and bustle. You can relax on the terrace in front of the house, which is mostly covered. Wi-Fi, outdoor grill and parking on the fenced property are included. Suggestions for activities: Go fishing, visit Paklenica National Park, Plitvice Lakes and North Velebit Nature Park.

Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus in Toplage.

Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus in Toplage. Sehr ruhiges Dorf mit wenig Tourismus. Eigener Badeplatz mit Liegen und der Möglichkeit ein Boot zu verheften. Dieser ist in ca 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin, Katarina, ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst ist top ausgestattet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden (bis zum Gelsenstecker) !! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht (das sagt eigentlich eh alles) :)Günther

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig. Nur Ferienhaus-Tourismus kein Animationlärm. Die Badeplattform mit Liegestühlen am Meer ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen. Danach haben wir gerne die Aussendusche und die schattige Veranda mit seitlichem Meerblick genutzt. Zum Haus gehört eine Boje für kleine Boote. In der 4km entfernten Beachbar ist eine Kies-Slippstelle. Der Parkplatz neben dem Haus (Einfahrt mit Schiebetor) reicht für Trailer und Auto. Nur mit dem Auto sind alle nötigen Einrichtungen zu erreichen. In der Woche kommen aber ein Obst- und Gemüsehändler, ein Bäcker und Tiefkühlhändler morgens abwechselnd vorbei. Das Angebot der Supermärkte ist natürlich preiswerter. Die beschriebene Straße ist am Wochenende zu hören und ab und zu ziehen Motorräder vorbei. Wir fanden es aber nicht störend. Das Haus ist perfekt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wer einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist hier richtig!!!
