The Main Living Area features a 75-inch flat-panel UHD Smart LED TV with equipped with free cable TV (via Spectrum TV app). During your stay, you will have plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips with Roku TV where you can stream Netflix, Hulu, ect... and enjoy a theater-like immersive experience! A pull-out sofa with queen-sized bed equipped with a memory gel foam mattress, coffee table, comfortable accent chairs, and a view of the street.

You will have a Fully Stocked Kitchen appointed with modern stainless-steel appliances, stovetop, over-the-range microwave, range, sink w/disposal, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, tableware, pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks coffee k-cup pods to brew the perfect cup of coffee, rice cooker, & Ninja Air fryer/steamer. The breakfast bar/kitchen island offers stool seating for six, with an additional 3 folding counter stools in the guest bedroom closet for your convenience if needed.

The Bedrooms are generously spacious and equipped with King size beds with gel memory foam mattresses styled with white, plush hotel-quality cotton linens, large closets, ample shelves and elegant blackout curtains, creating a calm and restful environment for your optimal comfort.

The Master Bedroom features an en suite bathroom, a workspace with desk and chair, luggage rack, iron and steamer, ironing board and hair dryer.

There are two Full Bathrooms with rainfall shower heads that feature a soft steady and even water flow that emulates rainfall, and handheld wands, tubs, all-natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and high-quality white towels and wash cloths.

Washer and Dryer are located in the unit with complimentary starter detergent pods and fabric softener for your convenience.

There is a small flight of stairs (7 steps) from the front that leads to the main level. From the back side entrance of the building, there are 5 steps to the main level and one additional flight (6 steps x 4) to the 'Penthouse Suite'.

You will have the entire third floor of the building (unit 4) to yourself with both front and back keyless entry accesses.

One complimentary Garage Parking space is provided per rental unit.

NO PARKING IN THE SHARED DRIVEWAY that leads to the parking garage - your car may be towed at your own expense.

For your safety, we have one Ring security camera on the front of the building, one Ring security camera on the back of the garage facing the west side of the building, and one Ring security floodlight camera on the east side of the building facing the driveway. They will be on recording and motion-detecting during your stay.

Great two bedroom apartment almost exactly half way between the St Mary’s and Methodist campus’s of Mayo Clinic. Clean well furnished and well managed. Easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We will be back next year.

Awesome stay!

This property was amazing and had everything we could want-extremely comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a parking spot inside a garage, a large tv in the living room and was beautifully decorated! It is located in a nice neighborhood walking distant from Mayo clinic and restaurants. Check in/check out was simple. Yasmine was wonderful with communication during our stay. Give this property our highest recommendation and we would definitely stay here again!

In town for a wedding - had a great time! These accommodations were superb and suited our needs perfectly. Having two bathrooms to get ready for a black tie wedding was a treat! Great Stay

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to Mayo Clinic and many great restaurants and quick drive to anywhere in town. Management was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. Inside was tidy and well kept. Only reason for the 4 star on listing accuracy was because a hot tub was included on listing but not at the location. Overall a great stay!

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite for 7 nights and it was just terrific. The unit was beautiful, very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. One of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Yasmine checked on us to make sure check in went smoothly and followed up to see if we needed anything during our stay. Very close to St. Mary's/Mayo and easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when visiting family in Rochester!

Wonderful Mayo Clinic Stay

The host Yasmine was very communicative and helpful, and the property was wonderful! It is located within 2 blocks walking distance of the Mayo Clinic, is a brand new renovation, and it was a pleasure staying here with my family. The rental was clean and the property comfortably slept our 5-person party. A Spyhouse coffee is across the street and the property is close to the grocery stores and other restaurants in the downtown. One note is that the ~3 flights of penthouse suite stairs might be challenging for senior individuals, but my parents in their mid-60s did not experience difficulties climbing them.

Pros: clean, well decoratedCons: listing says fully stocked w everything needed - cookware, bakeware. I was coming to care for my son and DIL new baby - so cooking for 6 not just the 4 that can stay there, so I knew I would need to be creative. But ‘fully stocked bakeware’ does not mean to me : 1 half cookie sheet and 1 mixing bowl. No Pyrex dishes, no regular baking sheets. We had to purchase foil pans from the store. When I inquired w the host she told me I should bring it from home. I had just driven 10 hrs to get there. She said they didn’t want ‘clutter’ there. That response kind of set me off.Then we saw that the ‘Starbucks coffee’ supply was actually only 3 off brand pods (I don’t really care about Starbucks, but don’t advertise something you don’t supply) and I was told they only supply 4. To her credit, she did offer to drop some off later. Then found the Keurig didn’t work. Host said she would send a new one over and go through the start process so we could just plug it in and use it. When we got it, the box was open, but it still had the packaging tape on the machine??And finally, the first time I opened the dishwasher, it was empty, but had a funky rotting smell. We loaded it and when it was full, I noticed it already had a soap pod in the dispenser. Then discovered it wouldn’t turn on. No power. This is a beautiful and clean place to stay if you aren’t intending on utilizing the kitchen.

Do yourself a favor and rent this one

This rental was excellent! Super clean. I clean for a living, so I am picky, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the interior of the unit, and the stairways outside the units. Very well lit stairways. Probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Description was exactly as the unit was. Spacious bedrooms with king size beds. Full closets in each bedroom. Bathrooms were well lit and plenty of hot water for baths and showers. The kitchen was bright and beautiful and had everything we needed. Full sized appliances that all functioned as needed. Neighborhood felt safe, but it was still nice to be able to park inside a garage. Communicating with Yasmine , the host, was excellent. She kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. The one suggestion I would make is to please put a full length mirror in each bedroom. Everything else was perfection. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Awesome Accommodation Close to the Mayo Clinic

Yasmine's place is awesome!! The pictures on the website don't do it justice! It is clean and neat and well-appointed. Everything is new and sparkling! The beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and so clean. There is plenty of closet space in the bedrooms as well. The kitchen is well-stocked for anyone who would prefer to cook at home rather than eat out. The Keurig coffee maker was new to me, but it was easy to use and the coffee quite good! We were in Rochester for some consultations at the Mayo Clinic, and Yasmine's place is within walking distance to several of the Mayo Clinic buildings. We also walked to all of our meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can't say enough about her place! It's definitely 5 stars! She is so responsive too. I didn't have to wait long for an answer to any question I had. Parking is convenient too, but since we walked everywhere, we left our car in the parking spot. The neighborhood is quiet and, for the most part, clean and neat. Don't miss out on it! We will stay there again if we require more visits to the Mayo Clinic.
