Prime location to all of booming Nashville

Only 10 minute drive to downtown in East Nashville area. Spacious condo with high ceilings. Great restaurants that do take out or dine in nearby. This place has the best of both worlds. Chill and relax at home or explore. This home is following Airbnb disinfection recommendations on top of normal cleaning. Door handles, light switches, thermostats, etc are all disinfected before each check-in. We also have great discounts for monthly rentals.  No cleaning fee.
The condo has a two car garage and also extra guest parking.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Spacious Townhouse in Great Location

Wonderful townhouse in a great location. Loved having the three floors, the bedrooms were a good size. It felt very secluded once inside even though you had other townhomes around you. Check-in was easy. The owner was very attentive to our needs.

This was a perfect t location for us. It’s just a few min outside of Downtown. There’s a great coffee shop right next door which was perfect for a few hours of work for me. There’s plenty of room and super clean. I would absolutely stay again for our next Nashville trip.

We had an AMAZING stay. The place is nice, has plenty of space, and very fair price wise. Our host was able to accommodate for an early check-in as well as a little later check out. This was extremely appreciated as my flights were at odd times. If you’re looking for a great location, great space, and a diligent host, look no further! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
