Rented property for my 21 year old daughter and her classmate who were interning in Nashville for the summer. First, communication with Jennifer, the host, was simply amazing from start, throughout 3 month stay, and after. Jennifer has an beautiful little villa with everything one could need for a stay. She was generous with extras on the property such as folding chairs, beach towels, clear bags for concerts, cooler and so much more. She sent a very informative letter about all the property details (lighting, robo vaccum, internet etc..) and it included information about the area such as favorite restaurants and various things to see and do in the city which was updated to include upcoming events for the summer. I was worried about sending my daughter up there on her first real journey out of college and realized quickly that there was no reason to worry. The house is in a very safe neighborhood. The girls could walk to a million shops, restaurants, bars and even to the stadium (although they uber'd back late at night). There is parking off the street (through the alley) or on the street in front. The neighbors were friendly and the girls ran every afternoon through the neighborhood quite comfortably - lots of children playing, riding bikes, nearby. It was truly a fantastic home for my "girls" for their stay in Nashville. Jennifer has now become a friend because we had to talk to her so much in figuring out the logistics. I cannot more highly recommend.
