Dolly, Elvis & Cash inspired-themed rooms await you at this unique and tranquil getaway. The first room invites you to a Jailhouse Rock/Folsom Prison Blues setting, complete with a mugshot wall to commemorate your stay with us. Elvis and Johnny’s song me inspired this room, and you can listen to their music(along with Dolly’s as well) on the record player. The floating, handmade bed with remote controlled lights underneath, and accent lighting surrounds the TV as well. The second bedroom and a few other parts of the home were inspired by our very own Tennessee native, Dolly Parton. This unique, mucially-themed home will be the most fun you’ll have at a vacation home. Each one of a kind room has its own quirky charm that you won’t find anywhere else in our area. Complete with mugshot photo wall to make your trip extremely memorable. (Tag us “#Flossiesplace” in your pics if you would like). The area is full of wildlife you can see right from your windows or backyard. Turkey, deer, cranes and geese frequent the area quite a bit. Don’t be surprised if your awakened by the sounds of turkey gobbles. This serene spot will be unlike any other stay you’ve had!

Nestled in the beautiful hills of East Tennessee sits this cozy, musically-themed home, with all your favorite TN music greats. Located centrally to the main trails in this area: Royal Blue ,Tackett Creek & more. Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg is just a little over an hr down the road.

Wonderful place!

The location was great for riding and so cute! Very clean and the host is SO nice. We would definitely stay here again if looking for a place in this area. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning it was a fabulous experience. Misty is very nice, and gave us suggestions on everything we asked about. Great Hostess and Stay!

Misty was great and maintained superb comminications despite several trip modifications due to a family member's hospitalization and an unexpected hurricane evacuation that resulted in our trip being cut shorter than planned. She was very kind and most understanding and made additional accomodatikns to ensure our comfort due to an unexpected drop in the temperature so brought in a very warm space heater. Cute house with great custom/designer touches and extremely clean. Sorry we had to leave early due to our being in a mandatory evacuation area so missed the new firepit they had jusr installed. Near ATV recreational areas for those looking for a ride in the wild. Quiet at night and a very comfortable bed in the Dolly Parton room where we knew just "What would Dolly do?" ;-) A great trip to Rocky Top to watch the Vols finally beat the Gators that makes living in Florida even better, as long as we keep getting missed by the hurricanes!

Great little cozy getaway

We (6 of us) had a great weekend getaway in the woods. This house was a perfect location with access in both location to ride the trails. Misty was a great host!

This was a unique way to share the area I grew up in and love so very much with people from all over the world. I take great pride in sharing my home and this beautiful community with our guests. They all become like family when they leave.

Why they chose this property

This home means a lot to us and has a special meaning to our family,(as family built and used to live in it) as does the area it’s in. It is where I grew up and where I now reside once again. This area is the best place in the world in my opinion and I just want to share it with everyone else.

What makes this property unique

Our property is Unique in two ways, as it has a sweet story behind who used to own it .. and we went with a themed layout for our home. We used elements of Elvis, Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton to inspire the interior of our home. A little musical experience for you to share with your friends and family. A fun mugshot wall with your ow unique photo props.
