Property is just as list, property owner was excellent with communication and absolutely the sweetest. The house was cozy and the bed comfortable, it was really a home away from home and very quiet so we got rest which was the reason we booked a vrbo and not a hotel. My husband and I lived in this house for years. We manage it ourselves and take pride in creating a nice environment for guests. We live close by for any issues that may arise. We also own an aviation business and can help at the Lake Charles airport if needed.

Why they chose this property

3 minute walk to the park on the lake. The park has a walking track, play ground, water park, outdoor gym, and boat launch.

What makes this property unique

1 mile to the casinos. Close to shopping and restaurants. Fenced in back yard with grill. We have had several guests cancel other listings due to being dirty and in un safe areas. All were relieved when they switched here. It is a dead end road with great neighbours.
