Memorable

It made our visit with family so memorable. It was a very nice place to stay. The weather was a huge bummer but that’s no one’s fault. We just didn’t get to use playground or hot tub.

A/C didn't work in one of the bedrooms - the bedroom that got the most sun. It was HOT in that room. This property is getting a bit run down. Check in was NOT accessible within the app - which created a 3 hour attempt at check-in. (then the property wasn't ready at the noted time - as the cleaners were running behind - but I had been told the property was ready) Once it was discovered that I only needed to use the links provided for check in, that fixed the issue - but those 3 hours were a nightmare! I believe it was AI who was "helping" with the issue, but it really wasn't helpful - and I figured out the fix on my own. I would not use this service again as the property wasn't worth the money and the check- in nightmare - well, I would like those 3 hours back!

All of our check-in details, including verification and access, are in the guest portal link we send by text and message, not in the Vrbo app, and we know that isn't obvious. We're making that clearer in our messages. We're also sorry the unit was still being finished when you arrived and that the sunny bedroom was too warm. We've passed both on to our team and are having that bedroom's A/C checked.

Ski, reset and repeat

Comfortable place to return to after skiing Snow Basin. Place was exactly as advertised. Clean and modern design. Kitchen cabinets and draws labeled to find everything you need. Host even provides extra electronic cables and chargers. So conscientious to make stay easy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Family favorite

They thought of everything! If it’s just adults staying, the decor is mature and modern, but it was my family and my bestie with her girls. We were at a cheer competition and my friend was nursing her baby, so the tucked away baby stuff was a complete surprise in the best way!! Thank you for all of the comfort of home for our short stay! We were very happy with everything! (I wish our timing was better so the pool was open but the city aquatic center was so awesome for a substitute)

Keeping in contact with us was great, and the property and well-kept. However, the heat was not turned on and we absolutely froze the first night. We had no dish rags or any kind of soap. We did not have any garbage liners. The owner kept in touch with us and did get the heat turned on but nothing else was addressed. I feel like I should pay less since we froze to death for the first night and could have been camping.

We loved it here. Everything was clean, as advertised. It was close to everything we wanted especially our daughter and our grandkids who came and ate dinner with us and visited everyday. We will stay here again.

Home away from home

Absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and and everything was updated. It was so nice to have everything available right in the apartment, especially traveling with our fur babies. Check-in was so easy and Randall was very responsive whenever I had any questions. No problems at all. Highly recommend staying here if you need a place for an extended period of time. We will definitely stay again when visiting family. THANK YOU!

Excellent host, attractive property

We had a very nice stay here. There was a slight hiccup at check in, but Randall responded immediately to the issue and figured out a solution fast. The property was very clean, well-appointed and excellently situated for access to Hill AFB, Lagoon and north SLC.
