Luxury holiday villa by the sea Wellness sauna "Casa Freddy & Friends" Bruinisse

Welcome to the "Casa Freddy & Friends" in the magical fishing village Bruinisse in Zeeland.

Freddy is our 3 year old dog (Australian Shepherd) and Zeeland is "crazy" like us. He loves to run around on the beach, chase the waves and take long walks in nature. In contrast to many others, we also rent our fully fenced holiday home to dog lovers / owners. It is said to be a second home for couples in love, families with children and owners of well-behaved dogs.

Our luxurious, cozy, large holiday home with many extras is only approx. 600 m from a gently sloping sandy beach with a sunbathing lawn on the Grevelingenmeer. Here children can let off steam and swim (usually in June already bathing temperature). Dogs are allowed all year round in the back section of the beach.

In the immediate vicinity of our holiday home there is a golf course with restaurant and the holiday park "Aquadelta" (with indoor pool, bike rental, bowling alley, children's playgrounds, restaurant etc.: everything can be used for a fee).

The location of Bruinisse is perfect - on the one hand directly on the Grevelingenmeer and the Oosterschelde (here you can collect crayfish and mussels), on the other hand only about 25 minutes by car from the large North Sea beaches
( such as. Scharendijke and Renesse) removed.

Just let your mind wander, relax from everyday stress on walks or bike rides through nature reserves - surfing, sailing, diving, kiting - Zeeland offers you endless possibilities for leisure activities or just to relax. Explore small historic towns such as B. Zierikzee or maybe a city tour to Rotterdam, Antwerp, Bruges?

In the holiday home there is an information folder with many suggestions for leisure activities and a Zeeland travel guide.

From your excursions back to our lovingly furnished holiday home, you can look forward to some amenities and special features.

On the ground floor you will find a large dining / living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave / grill, coffee maker, toaster, senseo), a bedroom, a toilet, a bathroom (shower, washing machine, dryer, Sink ). From the living room it goes into the adjoining wellness area. Here you will find the second shower at ground level, a large fridge with freezer, a large sauna and a relaxation room with two loungers, a fountain, lava lamp, small table and exit to the large garden.

A staircase takes you to the top floor of the holiday home.
There are two further bedrooms (both with a minibar: 47 l fridge), a bathroom (toilet, sink and third shower) and the gallery with 2 comfortable armchairs, a lamp and x-Box 360 with various games. From here you also have a nice view of the lower living area. One of the upper bedrooms has a loft / bunk bed in addition to the double bed, so that upon request (after previous
Consultation) even 8 sleeping possibilities are available.

From the living room you can access the large terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and a fireplace. The large garden also offers a separate barbecue area with stone grill and high-quality dining group for your barbecue, a swing, a hanging chair, an outdoor table tennis table and a large wooden swing. Two more wooden benches and another table with 2 chairs also invite you to linger.

In the adjacent shed you will also find a badminton net with rackets, a darts board with arrows, boccia and an agility set for training with your dog,

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday home,
- You can smoke in the garden. Outside, too
  Ashtray available.
- Rental only to main tenants over 25 years
- no parties, stag or hen parties, drinking tours or similar!
Additional costs:
- 2 dogs allowed: EUR 3.00 per dog / day,
- final cleaning: 60 EURO,
- Bed linen per person / stay: 7.50 EURO (if not
   desired -> message to landlord)
- Locksmith 15 EURO (to be paid on site)
- Administrative fees = tourist tax Schouwen-Duiveland EURO 1.40
   per person and night.
