The Belmont Retreat is a chic coastal home newly renovated and decorated by Interior Designer @lightcodesstyle. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
Enjoy a delightfully relaxing vacation in this 5 bdrm Lake Como, minutes from the beach and just a short walk to Lake Como or downtown dining in Belmar.
There are beach badges, beach chairs and beach cruisers all available. There is an extra security deposit for these items so please let me know if you are interested.

There are a ton of fun things to do .. fireworks in Belmar and Point Pleasant. Check their calendars for the schedule! There are fairs in Wall township and all sorts of other fun events. Great stay!

Marie was terrific! This was a last minute reservation and Marie got us squared away quickly. Great house, so clean and was very well kept. The house had everything we needed and then some!

Wonderful Home - Great Vacation

this property was lovely and our Host Marie was really nice and always available for any questions or concerns that we had. The house itself was very spaceous. The decor was bright and cheery the bedrooms were a nice size, as was all the other rooms in the house. The backyard was nice and our dog Bailey enjoyed her time out there. Thank you Marie for a great vacation stay in your home. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Boho beach vibe

Beautiful property located in the middle of all major attractions….walk downtown, quick bike ride to the beach and about an 8 minute drive to Asbury if you want to catch a show at the Stone Pony. Rooms are bright, large and inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck for breakfast and sitting on the front porch in the evenings. For a small deposit the owner let us use the beach cruisers which were perfect for my kids to ride to the beach. Overall, a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home!

Plenty of room to relax and enjoy family. I loved the comfortable beach vibe and had to order 2 of the cook books I fell in love when I got home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and the house was tidy and clean. We enjoyed the both the front porch and side deck. Fenced in yard was a bonus for our dog. We enjoyed being close to lots of restaurants (even walkable to a few) and the beach. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We had a great week with no regrets!

Nice Family Getaway near the best beaches the Jersey Shore has to offer!

The house is beautiful and conveniently located to Belmar, Spring Lake and Sea Girt! Downtown Belmar is walkable and the walk to the Boardwalk is less than a mile! Plenty of bedroom and kitchen space to spread out! One of the bedrooms even had a perfect little alcove for our baby’s pack n’ play. The laundry room is SPACIOUS and has a desk for remote workers. The front porch was the perfect spot for coffee in the morning and the back deck eating area and grill was so nice to have! You can hear the music from the nearby bars on the weekends from the deck, but it’s not too loud! We would definitely return in the future!

Lovely Beach Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our week together staying at this VRBO. The pictures of the listing matched the home perfectly. It was a big enough house to allow for space between all guests. There were a few hiccups during the stay. In terms of cleanliness, you could tell guests had just departed before we arrived (I.e., dirty dishes in dishwasher, dog poop in yard). It should be noted that the home did not have things included in the listing (I.e., dust buster, beach chairs, or blender) all of which would have been nice during the stay. The plumbing in the downstairs bathroom malfunctions as a heads up for future guests. The air conditioning is difficult to figure out as it often would not cool down the home during the night but did during the day. A plunger may be helpful to have in the home. Many things are within walking distance of the rental. The fenced in yard and deck were great for spending time outside. The owner was also extremely responsive to all needs during our stay which was great.

Even more beautiful than the photos

You feel good the minute you walk into the house. It's bright, beautifully decorated, and has everything my family needed for a working-vacation at the beach. My daughters really appreciated being able to spread out with 5 bedrooms, and in addition to the office, we were able to all take our Zoom Calls at the same time by working in the kitchen, living room, deck, and front porch. It's a 5-minute drive to Belmar or Spring Lake and a quick walk to downtown Belmar. Marie was really accommodating and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore! I love every part of what it has to offer! Small beach towns full or life when you want it in Belmar or other near by beaches ! Quiet walks in the morning around sunrise never disappoints!

Why they chose this property

This property reminds me of my childhood home. Lots of bedrooms (5!) , walking distance to the beach! Its a quiet street and the neighbors are all friendly! It was custom designed by an interior designer, @lightyears, to ensure a cozy, beachy and very comfortable stay. There is an segregated office area for anyone who needs to work and play while staying at the shore this summer!

What makes this property unique

1/2 mile from the beach! 5 bedrooms, nice yard with BBQ and large outdoor dining area for 8! Fenced in back yard. 2 beach cruisers if you want to cycle to the beach instead!
