Family friendly home - Extra large porch - Only 1 block to the beach & Oceanview!!
(minimum age for adults is 26).

* 3 floors of living space with a bedroom on the first floor
* Work-from-home (Gigabit Wi-fi!!)
* Central A/C, Hardwood floors throughout
* Lounge area at top of stairs plus loft area for chilling with an ocean breeze.
* 3 Bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 with 2 full-sized trundles over twin beds), 2 full baths
* Full-sized washer/dryer in basement.
* Large front porch to enjoy coffee and/or cocktails. Gas grill.
* Walking distance to popular restaurants/bars, 7/11, Playa Bowls, shops, and more!!
* Pets will be considered at landlord's discretion (additional pet cleaning fee $175)

Note: Bed linens, bath, and beach towels can be provided for an additional fee of $150.00 for your stay. Please contact the host directly to arrange this service.

We had an awesome stay! The house had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and spacious. You can’t beat the location—just one block from the beach, which made our trip even more relaxing and convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice Belmar home very close to beach!!!!love location.

We had a great time in Belmar. Location of this home is perfect. Very cozy and comfortable. The only negative is no parking. But we were able to leave our car in a spot bike to most places. We had a great time. Host was very accommodating!!!
