* 3 floors of living space with a bedroom on the first floor
* Work-from-home (Gigabit Wi-fi!!)
* Central A/C, Hardwood floors throughout
* Lounge area at top of stairs plus loft area for chilling with an ocean breeze.
* 3 Bedrooms (2 Queens, 1 with 2 full-sized trundles over twin beds), 2 full baths
* Full-sized washer/dryer in basement.
* Large front porch to enjoy coffee and/or cocktails. Gas grill.
* Walking distance to popular restaurants/bars, 7/11, Playa Bowls, shops, and more!!
* Pets will be considered at landlord's discretion (additional pet cleaning fee $175)
Note: Bed linens, bath, and beach towels can be provided for an additional fee of $150.00 for your stay. Please contact the host directly to arrange this service.
