Sitting on the shores of the West Arm of Lake Nipissing and near the popular Mashkinonje provincial park. 137 feet of Cambrian shield at shore line with excellent swimming and fishing right out front. This spacious 1140 Sq Ft cottage is approximately 3 ½ hours from the city of Toronto. Open concept dining and kitchen area with large windows overlooking the water; 2 large bedrooms, which sleep 8 comfortably and 2 pull out couches which adds the potential of another 4 sleeping areas. Plenty of decks and docks to enjoy the summer and water with family and friends; More of a winter person? Come enjoy ice fishing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling on the many trails in the area!
