Nestled in the tall pines of East Texas directly across the street from the championship bass fishing lake Sam Rayburn. Step outside the two-story wrap around deck for a view of this beautiful gem. Just steps to the lake/beach via a public access road. Ample parking for your cars and boats with exterior electric hookups, located at each end of the front porch. There is a loft living area with wall mount smart tv for gaming or a family movie on NetFlix. The loft sofa will fold out to a queen bed for additional sleep space. The kitchen has a coffee maker, plus a Keurig along with all your kitchen essentials. There is an outdoor entertainment area with seating, party lights and a propane grill. Rayburn Resort is just a short drive across Hwy. 1007 for dining, golf and a community pool if you desire. Public boat launch and Umphrey Pavillion are a quick 5-minute drive.

Much Needed Get Away - Perfect Location!

I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The hosts were amazing, thoughtful, and very responsive. The location is perfect. Close to the water, the launch, and many stores and restaurants. I think our favorite spot was the rocking chairs and swing on the front porch. We will be back!

Very Nice Home

This home is very nice, and in the heart of Rayburn Country. Water is right across the street, and boat ramps are about 5-10 minute drive. Fishing wasn't too good with the lake being so low, but we still had fun. Parked the boat on the beach and walked to the house. Outside hangout area is large with nice furniture. And the wrap around balconies are awesome. Loved this home. And the owners were very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend

Highly Recommend

We stayed for the last Bassmaster Open tournament of the year. This house was perfect. Close to the lake, very clean and has everything you need. Enjoyed the yard in the afternoon. We would Definitely stay again!
