The house was very clean, very well stocked and the view to the lake was gorgeous! This was our 7th year going to Lake Sam Rayburn and I have to say best house and location. The walk to the lake from the house is close and the walk path is a huge plus!

Family reunion

This home had everything that you would possibly need for a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, hand towels, paper towels, extra trash bags, soap, and had bottled water to use! The bedrooms were all upstairs that each one was super clean great great mattresses extra pillows and bathrooms had lots of towels and toilet paper! Everything was very, very nice!

Spring Break getaway

This is a great property with a great location! The house has everything anyone would need. Steps away from the water, large patio, gas grill, fire pit, etc. We had two families with kids ages 4-9 and we slept comfortably. Prime spot on Rayburn!

Stunning lake view

The owner had great communication, the house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My favorite thing was drinking coffee on the back porch that over looks tall pine trees and the lake. The fire pit was nice as well.

Lake Getaway

This property was perfect for our Lake Getaway. We really enjoyed the beach access and huge backyard deck. The house is really comfortable and Terri was great! We had a few questions and she was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again someday!

The house is beautiful easy walk to the water we had 4 adults and 2 kids we all were very comfortable, we absolutely loved it and it’s in a nice cove on the water so it made riding the kids on the jet ski easy

Amazing View

Great property with plenty of shoreline parking for boats, and an awesome view from the patio. Birds watchers will love the variety and quantity of our feathered friends. We will probably reserve again next year!

Beautiful peaceful view

This property was perfect for our family. It has everything you need when you stay! The view is amazing and easy for us to beach our boat! The weather was pretty cold while we were there so I didn’t get to sit outside as much as I wanted but it has the perfect set up to hang outside with the family! The property is also only a couple of miles from a few places to eat.

Amazing Lake View

Just perfect for our little family vacation. The location is awesome and has the most amazing views of the lake. We loved just going straight to the shoreline and jumping in the boat. We spent a lot of time outside and relaxing on the huge patio. Plenty of chairs for everyone and the firepit was awesome in the evenings. Host is super friendly and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will be back.

Why they chose this property

We live in Houston and we find it is an easy 2/12 hour drive to the lake. Once we are here the stress and hectic life seems to fade away. Our family has been coming to Sam Rayburn for over 30 years. My husband's family had a lakehouse on Rayburn while he was growing up. We love experiencing the things we did growing up with our two college boys and their friends. We really like that the kids 'unplug' while they are here. Hard to text while you are wakeboarding or fishing. We find it the perfect lake for us, the water is clean, the fishing is top-notch, the kids can be outside all day long just having fun, and creating memories.

What makes this property unique

This house has been well maintained and we recently remodeled the bathrooms. We really want our guests to have plenty of room, and have chosen to only place one bed in each bedroom. Recently also added a 400 square foot deck off the back of the house. It's important to me that the beds and linens are top drawer. We have high thread count sheets and designer bedding. We love coming outside first thing in the morning to soak up the peace and serenity of the clean air and the sound of the birds, and the fisherman heading off to their favorite fishing holes!
