Own two properties at the beach and one in Orlando FL, and have been renting them for many years now so I have some experience on this matter. I am 37 years old and my beautiful wife is 31, one kids & one dog.
We are super hosts in other platforms and have had a great experience renting our houses when we are not using them.

the area is very safe and the gated community super nice, 5 min drive to all convenience stores, pharmacy, restaurants, disney, golf, etc.
