This is a townhouse that is a few blocks from downtown. The furnishings are contemporary and Nashville inspired.

Guests have access to the entire house, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a private and comfortable experience.

The Wedgewood Houston neighborhood is very close to downtown which guests love. It is equidistant to the Gulch which is a new hipster area with shopping and dining. However, this sandwiched neighborhood between downtown and the Gulch is gentrifying with some light industrial in the area. Like all major downtown neighborhoods, you may see an occasional homeless person. Guests can walk to the Ascend Amphiteatre and lower Broadway. It is a short 3-minute Uber to the Gulch for groceries or shopping.

Buses but Lyft is more convenient.

This house is located in a transitional neighborhood close to downtown, adding to its urban charm and accessibility. Please note that the open staircase makes the home unsuitable for toddlers, small children, or very small adventurous animals.

We are pet-friendly and supply a crate, chew bone, blankets, and waste bags. We ask that you pick up any waste left by your dogs and the litter box for cats. We would be grateful if when you leave you crate the pets for your protection and ours.

Came here to celebrate 2 Anniversaries! It was a very nice place that was decorated very cute. We did Uber everywhere we went. It was worth it. This house worked perfect for a long weekend trip! Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was a big bonus. We were able to both walk and Uber to many places, including Broadway! The gated private parking was a big plus, knowing our car was safe and we’d never have to worry about a parking space.

So conveniently located!

The property is in a neighborhood a short 6 Lyft ride into downtown. We could have walked if it wasn't winter. The property is very clean and spacious. Very nice property. Clean and updated. Only downside is that portions of the bedroom walls don’t quite reach the ceiling (part of the architecture) so not much privacy. Location is in the midst of a turnaround and has come a long way, but walking around at night not advised. Really good overall experience.

We enjoyed our overall stay! The design and furnishing were great! A few items I would like to see improved upon: hotter water in the upstairs master shower, the living room television downstairs would not allow us to utilize apps to login in to them ( ie. Netflix), and there are a lot of windows without shade, on sunny days like last Saturday it was hard to sleep in. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the 15 min walk from Broadway and we loved, the security of parking in the fence, and all the supplies one would need to feel at home. Thanks so much! Communication with the owner was amazing too!

Anniversary Weekend in Nashvillle

We had a great time at this property. It is conveniently located to downtown- it is walkable, and Ubers were quick and easy. Carol was easily accessible and quickly responded to all our questions. It is in a busy area, so there is some street noise and the occasional train, earplugs are available. Also the high ceilings have lots of window and lots of light in the bedrooms , bring your sleep mask if you like it really dark. Kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook your meals at the house, but we took advantage of all the fabulous food in Nashville.

Spotless, Comfortable, Spacious!

We were a party of 4 (two couples) in town for a show at the symphony center. Our goal was to walk everywhere and drive only when necessary - and the location worked perfectly. We walked to Husk for dinner and to the symphony center -- and several times to Broadway. Thankfully the arrival instructions were clear -- to enter from the back -- where we parked in the gated driveway. The house is contemporary and very well furnished. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms spotless, and the kitchen amazingly well-stocked. We'd definitely come back! Carol is quick to respond and is so easy to work with!

Nice property

This house is exactly as shown. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked and plenty of room. The bedroom toward the street is not idea for those who sleep lightly. VERY bright, lot of traffic noise. The location is walkable to Broadway, however the location is a little sketchy. Our goal was to walk but after some very questionable activity in the area we chose to Uber or use our car. (Parking is expensive - FYI) It's on an alley which wasn't the place you'd want to be at anytime. On the plus side, the goal was not to spend much time at the property anyway. The owner is very responsive to any questions and she had very nice greeting gift for us.

We live in Nashville and have been hosting for 9 years. I am a retired healthcare executive but now we own and manage 10 properties. My husband is an architect and owns a firm here with his two female partners. We love Nashville and sharing our city with guests.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is close to downtown and is in an upcoming transition area. It is light industry on 3rd Ave and 2nd Ave is a straight shot into lower Broadway. Just two blocks south we have new restaurants and coffee bars opening. 3rd & Lindsley is just a couple of blocks away and it is an iconic live music venue in the city.

What makes this property unique

Proximity to downtown, the Gulch and Wedgewood Houston. It is an individual home which is less common in the downtown area. It is beautifully decorated, pet friendly with gated parking for at least two cars.
