Good location, great living area, limited supplies, nice pool and spa, lots of pots but nothing for baking

Owner's Response: I do have baking pans at the reception if missing or any items for that matters . A good review and average rating because of a baking pan ? Owner John Barclay

Great lay out, clean but a little tired.

  • 4 of 5

First off the staff were lovely, very accommodating, and very customer oriented. The layout was perfect for large groups with two large bedrooms upstairs and two large bedrooms down stairs. The common area was open and bright and provided a great space for a big group. The facility was very clean including the pool. The only down to this condo was the condo itself was tired looking. The cupboards and walls were worn. The pictures did not match the exact condo. It also had an awesome garage with couches to get your ski gear on. I would stay here again it was a little more tired then I anticipated however, the layout was excellent and it was very clean.

Great place for skiing holiday!

  • 5 of 5

Neat, clean, cozy, tons of common space, fireplace, jacuzzi, 600m to the slopes - this place has it all but workable WiFi. Seriously, if you are on week-long vacation - there is no better place to be. However, if you plan to attend your emails - you are back to 1995 dial-up speeds (or your own phone hotspot, charges apply). We've been 8 people, 1 infant - and the owner provided us with everything, including highchair, crib and gate for the stairs. The place even has a warm room (converted garage) to store your drying boots and gloves!

So, highly recommended - with the caveat of WiFi....

Cheers,

Very comfortable stay with every thing you need

  • 4 of 5

Our Villa 16 was very comfortable for Four Ladies. It had everything that you may need...but nothing extra. We each had a bedroom to ourselves. We found the living room and kitchen very comfortable. We enjoyed the onsite pool and the hot tub was wonderful. I don't think I would have rented this unit if I had realized that it was two levels. I did not ask John to move us to a different unit, so that is on me, but the stairs were difficult for my 81 year old mother.

The only things that I can think of that could use improving....Newer towels, AND A GOOD CLEANING!

Owner's Response: We take pride in our housekeeping ,most reviews reflect this fact . I personally did verify and found a few places with dust and downstairs carpets need a good shampoo immediately . Since the units are on 2 floors stairs can be an issue for limited mobility . Our towels are standard issue 28"x 50" thank you John
