This large modern house was perfect for our group of family and friends attending a snowboard competition at Mont St Anne. It was just as described online. I would definitely book this house again.

Overall a very nice place. Clean, modern, spacious. A well equipped Kitchen. Note: the Nespresso only takes original, smaller capsules! Lots of nice bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, including a kids's bunk house. Outside it feels like a residential neighborhood. Inside with the beautiful view of Mont St. Anne in the back, it feels like a mountain retreat. Getting to any sites or restaurants requires a vehicle. A nice pub-style restaurant is a 3 min drive away, and the base of the Mont St. Anne SkiHill is less than 10 min away by car. The Marriott is there with other restaurants. Off season there is the hill, gold, a nice bike trail, and just a few minutes away is the spectacular Canyon St. Anne. The unit is not absolute top-end, but it is very nice. We used it for a corporate planning retreat for four people. Worked great for that purpose. Could work very well for 2-3 families with kids. Very helpful and timely communication with the management. A very solid 8/10.

I almost never write negative reviews, but if you’re considering this property and have any other option, take the other option. This stay was extremely disappointing and far below what you would expect for the price.We have been traveling to Beaupré for more than 10 years and often stay in the nearby Ferreol-les-Neiges area. This year we decided to spend more for what appeared to be a nicer, higher-end home. Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the worst rental experiences we’ve had. The issues were numerous:1. Broken dishwasher on arrivalThe dishwasher was broken and full of dirty dishes sitting in rancid, putrid water. We had to wash not only the previous renters’ dishes but also four days’ worth of meals for eight people entirely by hand.2. No basic suppliesThere were no paper towels in the house and only about one and a half rolls of toilet paper for eight guests. After a nine-hour drive, instead of relaxing we had to immediately go out to buy basic necessities.3. Entryway hooks falling out of the wallThe vestibule has coat hooks, but most of them were literally pulling out of the wall and couldn’t support even a light jacket.4. No storage in bedroomsThe two ground-floor bedrooms have no closets or dressers at all, meaning you are living out of a suitcase the entire stay.5. Broken window shadesThe bedroom shades didn’t work, so we had to block the light with towels and clothing.6. Shower deteriorationThe seal around the ground-f

Le lave-vaisselle ne draine plus. A notre arrivée il y avait 4 pouces d’eau sale. Nous l’avons reparti hier et encore même chose. Nous avons donc dus laver notre vaisselle à la main. Le foyer ne fonctionne pas non plus. De plus, les serviettes étaient toutes mouillées dans la sécheuse à notre arrivée. Papier de toilette et essuie tout en quantité insuffisante. Les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont très limités: aucune pinces ou grosse cuillère pour brasser a part une louche. Peu de linges à vaisselle.
