Cortile recintato con spa e grande piscina di acqua salata. Kid casa di divertimento! Garantito di non rimanere deluso in questa fantastica casa di vacanza! La posizione privilegiata di questo cottage tabby è perfetta per una grande riunione di famiglia o un gruppo di fuga che è a meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia o dal villaggio con tutti i St. Hotspot di Simons Island a pochi minuti di distanza. Su una strada privata fiancheggiata da querce senza traffico - ma proprio nel centro di St. Simons.
La piscina è abbastanza grande per nuotare e giocare e il tutto racchiuso in un ambiente privato con una splendida vegetazione di gelsomini che copre l'alta recinzione della privacy che racchiude i giardini laterali e posteriori. I nonni e i bambini possono godersi il flusso "tutto su un piano" di questo cottage in piscina e sui ponti, arricchito da camere da letto insonorizzate per ospiti da letto a letto e ospiti in anticipo. Ogni camera di questo incantevole cottage presenta acquerelli e dipinti originali, accenti unici e sorprese divertenti. La vasca idromassaggio a bordo piscina si riscalda in soli 30 minuti. Very comfortable and closes you to beach!!

What a wonderful week with family! Felt like home and we never wanted to leave the pool and hot tub! House had everything we needed and more! Golf cart was so nice for beachruns!

The Perfect Place to Connect and Relax

Just the perfect spot to relax and connect with family. The pool is well maintained and private. The perfect size for young children and adults. Darlene was super attentive to questions. All around great trip. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach House

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week at this well-appointed and cozy beach house. The distance to 5th Street beach was very short, perfect to use the included golf cart. Plenty of beach chairs provided, plus an umbrella. The pool and spa in the backyard were perfect for lazy afternoons and night swims. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies. Darlene was so sweet and was quick to answer all of our questions. We brought our two doodles and the house was plenty large for the four of us and our pups.

Fabulous Stay on St. Simons

We booked a girlfriend getaway for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay here. The location is super close to downtown, the pier, and lighthouse, and the nearest beach is about half a mile. We could not have asked for a more perfect home for our needs. It was very comfortable, well-stocked, and we had plenty of room for our group of 7.We highly recommend.

St. Simmons

Great place on St Simmons Island. The house was very cozy yet still roomy. House was larger than we expected and had a nice layout. The pool was a life saver with the kids. We loved all the details in the decorations-each room has a different theme. We really enjoyed it!

Peach at the beach

We loved the location, amenities, and layout of the home. Cookware and appliances were excellent and beds were comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were a bit difficult to operate but Darlene tried her best to help. Screened in porch and tropical plants around the exterior were beautiful. TVs in each room made sure that everyone could have downtime as needed. Thanks for the great stay

Great St. Simons Island Rental!

The property was in a great location to easily get to all of the local attractions. We enjoyed all of the the amenities including the pool and jacuzzi. Darlene, the owner, was very helpful and a wonderful resource for the island.

Fabulous vacation!

This house is perfectly located! We were so close to the beach and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in town. Darlene was incredibly responsive and and was so helpful when we asked questions about things to do and places to go. We loved our family vacation, and this was the perfect house for us! Perfect location and the perfect house

We normally stay in resorts, but this house changes things, at least for St Simons. Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. Perfect location, close to shops and the beach. The private pool was the best. House has a great layout to accommodate any family. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Cozy Home

This is a wonderful home with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our family loved this cozy little house and hated to leave. Beds were very comfortable and the little nooks to relax in are endless. We loved the pool and jacuzzi and the short walks to the beach. And our host Darlene was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend this home in beautiful Saint Simons. Will definitely stay again.

perfect home away from home

It was perfect in every way! The layout of the house was great for our family and your close to everything but yet just far enough away to feel like you live there. St.Simon's Gem!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful island gem over the week Hurricane Milton hit Florida! Thankfully we just had minimal rain and minor wind gusts one night. This home was perfect for our family ranging in ages 9 to 73! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the screened porch! We had ample room and the decor was so charming and tastefully beachy! I am not exaggerating when I say 'you could eat off the floors!" This place was very clean and welcoming! Great location too! Would love to stay here again! Julie C

Wonderful, clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to St. Simmons Pier. Lots of local eateries and boutique shopping. Great heated lap pool and jacuzzi. Owner is wonderful And responds very quickly!

Amazing!

This place was one of a kind! It is decorated so cute and very spacious. We loved spending our time in the pool and hot tub. The beach is so close and it’s not too far to walk into town. Darlene is the BEST host! She even brought a new toaster when ours wasn’t working along with fresh baked brownies! It was our first time in St. Simons and we are hoping to make it back to this property again because the house and host were so lovely! You won’t regret booking here!

This home is absolutely lovely with enough room to have a large family reunion in! My husband and I were thrilled to be close to so many restaurants, shopping and the beach!! Our host, Darlene, was also very easy to reach and treated us like family!! This home is very clean, cozy, extremely comfortable, close to everything, and delightfully charming!! We will be back!!

Amazing House!

My wife and I recently stayed one week at this truly amazing house. First, the location was incredible. We could walk to the beach, town, and park. However, with a golf cart provided, who needs to walk? The house itself was so comfortable and all on one floor making it perfect for elderly adults and children. In the backyard we found a large pool with attached whirlpool. There are plenty of lounge chairs and towels for the whole family. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a wonderful meal after a long day playing in St. Simons Island. We look forward to staying in this wonderful house the next time we travel to St. Simons. Highly recommended!

Less than five min walk to the beach or leave your car at home and avoid parking hassles going out to the beach or out to eat. Rent bikes and have the run of the island! Just a short walk to village and many amazing places to dine! Our guest rave over this vacation home, pool and location!

On a quiet private street amongst century old oak trees yet right in the hub of St. Simons! The pool is larger than most private homes - you can actually swim and play games in it! Spa heats up in 30 min and the pool can be heated for a gas fee in the colder months. It has an outdoor hot and cold shower for returning trips from the beach. Tall ivy covered privacy fences in the side and back yard give plenty of privacy and safety.
