Fireplace: The living room fireplace is decorative only and is not operational. For safety reasons, fires are not permitted.

No Parties: Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may be on the property unless approved in advance.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.

Dark Sky Community: This home is located in a light-restricted community designed to reduce light pollution and preserve the area's beautiful night skies. Please keep outdoor lighting to a minimum, turn off unnecessary exterior lights when not in use and all exterior lights off by 12am. This commitment to dark-sky preservation is one of the reasons Galena offers such stunning stargazing opportunities!

Maintenance: Lawn care and occasional hot tub service may occur during your stay and typically require only brief access to the property.

Smoking & Pets: No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed on the property.

Owners Club: We have 6 keycards available. For additional cards, you can purchase daily guest passes at the Owners' Club Office for a small fee.

Hockey weekend away

Or family thoroughly enjoyed this cozy house in Grand Rapids as a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the hotels for a tournament weekend for hockey. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, while the property has abbey at needed for a low-key weekend. We will definitely be back!

Charming house-exactly as advertised

Five adults and one teenager stayed the the MidMod for three nights. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the dining and living areas were cozy and welcoming. Beds in the three bedrooms were nice (one king BR, two queen BRs), we brought a blow up bed for the teenager. Working with the host was easy and there was minimal effort for check out. Highly recommend!

Girls’ weekend

Spotlessly clean. Wonderful soft towels. Great water pressure. Coffee grounds/pot/filters provided. Pictures portrayed house perfectly. Have a 3 star rating in “online listing accuracy” because I booked property with a grand total amount. When my booking was confirmed, then there was a $79 VRBO added to amount that wasn’t disclosed in beginning. No fault of host. I had booked thru Vrbo a month ago for another property, and was not charged this hidden service fee.

A solid choice for families

We stayed the weekend with our 2yo and 1yo toddlers. The house is great for families with young kids - all one level, room to spread out, kitchen well equipped, and minimal knick knacks or baby-proofing required! Moriah was very responsive when questions arose. The decor/vibe was very charming, and we enjoyed using the record player. We just have a couple of suggestions to improve cleanliness. The living area rug could use a steam clean, and the window AC unit kicked some bug carcasses onto our bed when we turned it on. It would also be helpful if there was some soap and cleaning supplies available for any mishaps. Thanks for the stay!

This property is absolutely adorable, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful, and the location was perfect and only about 10 minutes from town. We would happily stay here again for another family trip. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!One helpful note: Be sure to bring your own golf clubs if you plan to use the simulator.

Nothern Minnesota Weekend Getaway

Very nice property in quiet residential area with a nice, wooded view across the street. Nice location is about 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping. Very nice parks in town for walking. Our host answered the phone immediately and answered the few questions that we had. Beds were very comortable. Very nice decor. Highly recommended.
