The unit is spacious, definitely ideal for the "group" we had. Unfortunately, it was not clean, especially the floors and showers. The management, however, worked with us to the best of their ability, as they are not the cleaning team, and heard us out which we greatly appreciated. The location is great and made it easy for beach days and exploring the Island. Our overall experience was amazing and hope we can come back next year!

this is great stay. beautiful neighborhood, nicely furnished & very comfortable. would have given 5 stars across the board, except it was not clear that the ONLY ingress to the property is through the Omni Resort main gate. Knowing that- you're go to go.

So beautiful.

Our stay here was so nice. Beautiful home, comfy bed and peaceful patio area to enjoy the flowers and birds. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities.

Mid Winter Getaway

Excellent property, has everything you would need in a home right down to scissors, tape and batteries. The location was perfect being close to several state parks and many beaches to exploreand customer service.

Fairway Villa

Beautiful property - very quiet and private! It was thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Loved having big fluffy bath sheets too. Easy walk to the Omni Resort,shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great summer vacation

Christmas in FL

The rental was perfect for what we needed. Parking was easy and so was our move in & out. The big windows along the backside let us enjoy some of Florida’s nature from inside.

A nice bungalow, well equipped with everything we could have needed. It is so close to the pool!

This bungalow checked all the boxes.Garbage disposal broken, ice maker, not so great, farm slide door jumps track alot. Overall a ten outa ten!

Great weekend!

Location was perfect for the weekend of our son’s wedding. It was on the side of the resort where everything was taking place at The Oaks Center and Walker’s Landing. Large open living space with plenty of room for our family of 6. Our younger kids are already planning our next trip back.
