Cozy modern vibes!

We loved this condo! My family has lived on Amelia for over 25 years and I know the island very well. The location is perfect and the value is great. The property had everything we needed and we loved the updated open floor plan and natural modern aesthetic. Owner is very responsive too. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Beach/Golf Getaway!

We had a great stay in Amelia Island. This place was awesome and did not disappoint! Everything was very nicely updated and clean. Chip was a great host! He responded quickly and was great about communicating on how to access the property. We would definitely stay here again!!

The villa is beautiful. It is very conveniently located within the Omni Resort. You caneasily walk to the hotel and all the shops. The villa is wellappointed with everything you need. This was our first time on Amelia Island. We will be back and we will rent this unit again.

Fabulous host and house!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious and fully functional. It had two pools within walking distance, and only a few minutes drive away from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a great experience all around. Thank you Chip!

The property is as wonderful as described. The view is beautiful and the area is quiet. Due to a rainstorm that occurred, one of the bedrooms had water come through a sliding glass door and into the room. We spent a couple of hours that night away from our vacation to help clean the flooring and bedding so we could sleep. The owners were responsive and apologetic for the issue noting this was the first time this had happened, however did not offer any compensation on what we paid for the inconvenience and help cleaning up. We would consider staying here again, while being cautious of the potential water issues.

Perfect, comfortable beds, spotless, host opened door remotely, answered phone and texts immediately, Omni grounds are gorgeous, so much to do. Heaven is a good name for Amelia Island. Birder's paradise.Bring coffee for Mr. Coffee. Refrigerator water dispenser and icemaker do not work well.It was hard to leave, it was so nice
