The house was immaculately clean. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home exceeded my expectations.House is even better than the photos. Beautiful view from the backyard patio.Octavio was very responsive and a great host.We were there to celebrate a big family event as well as vacation. Unlike most rental homes, this home was equipped with all utensils and appliances that I need to cook and bake food for our family event.We look forward to stayin in one of his properties when we return. :)

Octavio was an excellent host, he checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. This home is the cleanest that I've ever stayed in. It was stocked with kitchen dishes and cookware, spices, all of the basics. The beds were very comfortable. There was a TV in each bedroom. All in all, I look forward to staying again in any of Octavio's properties.

The house was immaculate and Octavio, the host, made us feel welcome with comprehensive check-in and check-out instructions as well as information about things to do and see in the Las Cruces area. Loved this place!! We couldn’t ask for more. The hostess thought of everything from the lovely and comfortable decor to anticipation of our every need. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Although rated well, we would not recommend La Posta Mexican restaurant, although the Mesilla area was interesting . The Cattle Baron was good, as well as the Corner Bakery Cafe. A Belgium Bite has a good breakfast or lunch.
