Immerse yourself in the clean lines and vibrant colors of the Mid Century vibe! Our boutique condo, located at the crossroads of Germantown and the Buchanan Arts District, is a quick 2-mile ride to Broadway! With lively bars, tasty food, and delicious coffee shops in the nearby neighborhoods, the good times are at your fingertips! Your comfort is our obsession and we've invested extra time and attention to detail to help make your stay as accommodating and cozy as possible while in Music City!
The space
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that transforms into a queen bed. In the living room, you'll experience a 75" smart TV equipped with all necessary streaming apps. This unit is very picture worthy with mirrors, wallpaper, and all the works. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. We paid attention to every detail to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one!

GERMANTOWN:
Named for the European immigrants who first settled here in the mid-19th century, Germantown is a historic community on the National Register of Historic Places located just a few blocks northwest of downtown Nashville.
BUCHANAN ARTS DISTRICT:
Centered around Buchanan Street just northwest of Germantown, you’ll find the Buchanan Arts District - one of Nashville’s up-and-coming areas. It has quickly become a haven for artists and designer businesses and is one of Nashville's hidden and eclectic gems.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD(S):
A laid-back attitude with lots of local flair blossoms in the Germantown and Buchanan Arts District neighborhoods while being on the edge of downtown Nashville.

Great property, wonderful host!

My husband, two dogs, and I stayed for a night on our way down to Texas. The property was clean, beautiful, and full of hospitable touches. Ava was communicative and kind, and we would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Nashville!

We loved it!!!

This property was amazing! 1. It was very clean and tidy 2. Ava was an amazing host. Extremely responsive, her website gave great info on what to do around Nashville, she made check in super easy, and was very easy to work with! 3. Other comments made the area seem rough, but It was no different than staying in any other big city. 4. The property was very safe and had multiple cameras and the door to outside the building stayed locked the whole time making us feel very comfortable. 5. Parking was so easy 6. Ava had many essentials in the apartment which came in handy 7. The convenience of being 8 minutes from downtown!! Overall, we would definitely recommend the property and if we came back to Nashville we would stay here again!

Nice place to stay.

A very nice, clean, modern, comfortable apartment and building. Quick uber or bus ride (bus stop right out front) to anywhere you want to go. Had a great time. Thanks Ava, for making everything so easy.

Smooth and easy stay

The place was super clean and had everything you need for a stay in Nashville. And if you're hungry or thirsty the pizza place across the street was great. I run, so there was also easy access in the morning to a bike trail. Ava was super communicative and helpful, so if I needed anything, I knew she was there for us. I had a blast!

We had a great time. Everything was so close all within minutes of this place.

First timer here and let me say, it was a great experience. It was so easy and the owner could not have been more accommodating. We had everything we needed down to coffee and cream. This place was totally new everything was beautiful and the decor was so charming. We did all the sites and everything was within minutes to drive. The 5 daughters donuts is a must!!!

Enjoyed the room

The room was great! Clean, nice big TV, appliances were are clean and modern, beds were comfy, and the host was very accessible. This part of Germantown is run down and a bit noisy on the street on the wknd but there's a great pizza place across the street and the Southern V down the road was really good! We used the bus station in front of the building numerous times. A relaxing room to stay in after each day full of Nashville activities!

New Hip Clean Apartment

This was a great apartment. Everything is new and clean. The host is very attentive to your needs. I didn't feel this was in the Germantown neighborhood, if it was it was definitely on the outer edge which was a little disappointing. Overall great place, great stay!

This Vrbo was absolutely perfect, the host was so thoughtful and had all the needs taken care of.

We stayed in Nashville for our friends birthday party. This Vrbo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s in the perfect location, you are minutes away from all of Nashville. The host was very responsive and ready to assist with any needs we had, she was truly a gem! They also provide a detailed list of things to do and locations near to enjoy. The unit itself is decorated absolutely perfectly. The host had all essentials needed for the stay, she even has coffee for the morning, which was wonderful after our night out. The cleanliness was excellent, all rooms were incredibly tidy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of cozy blankets to snuggle up in. The couch folds out into a queen bed which was comfortable with fluffy blankets and pillows available. We would book this same location again if we were to stay in Nashville.

We want your visit to be as close to perfect as it can be so you can spend your time enjoying all that Nashville has to offer! If you have any questions, I am always just a call or text away!

In my free time, you'll find me with my sweet fur baby, Crosby. He is the most beautiful, kind, and gentle (I may be biased lol) German Shepherd boy.

I cannot sing or keep rhythm to save my life, but I love this music city and know you will too!
