Welcome to Villa Serena, your home away from home in Four Corners! Our four bedroom, 3 bath home features approximately 3,000 square feet of living space and sleeps 9 guests comfortably, and also features a fully fenced backyard for private outdoor space. Located in Sunrise Lakes and across the lake from Glenbrook, our home provides all the comforts of being at home while on vacation, a business trip, or just traveling through the area. You'll enjoy the ability for everyone to spread out comfortably over two stories. Further, when you stay here you will be staying at our family's personal vacation home in a safe, family friendly neighborhood.

Downstairs features two separate living/family room areas, a formal dining area, an eat-in kitchen arrangement, bathroom with sink & toilet, and a separate laundry area, all leading outdoors to an enclosed private pool with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing and an outdoor eating area perfect for dining while enjoying views of the waterfront and the nature setting that comes along with it. Unique to our home is full privacy fencing along both sides and transparent fencing at the rear for enjoying the lake view. Night time at our pool side is truly magical, with a fixed or color-changing pool (your choice), solar mood lighting and the reflection of the night sky off of the lake's surface.

Upstairs, you'll find an array of well-appointed bedrooms as well as an air-conditioned game room area (not in the garage!) complete with retro arcade video game console, indoor basketball shooting game, and an assortment of board games, card games, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. The king suite is suited for royalty with a lounger for reading or relaxing, an enormous walk-in closet, and a private bath complete with separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms include two queens, a full size, and a twin bed setup to accommodate any variety of family or friend pairings. All bedrooms feature Roku/Smart TVs for streaming Netflix, Amazon, HBO, or your other favorite services.

When it comes time to leave the nest, you'll love the fact that you are less than a mile from everything you could need while away from home - Wal-mart, Lowe's, Publix, Walgreens, the post office, and a dizzying assortment of restaurants and other shopping is available in the Cagan's Crossing area, all of which can be reached without ever driving on a major highway. Beyond that, Sunset Walk and Margaritaville Resorts are less than 10 minutes away, and all of the Disney parks are just another 5 minute drive. If parks are not your cup of tea, there are several world-class golf courses within a 10 mile radius including those at Highlands Reserve in Davenport and the nationally renowned Champion's Gate Golf Course designed by golfing legend Greg Norman.

Our home includes virtually everything you need to make yourself home away from home. We have a kitchen fully stocked with plenty of glasses, pots & pans, and silverware for large family dining. Small appliances include an over-the-range microwave, blender and toaster. To get you started in the morning, or for winding down the evening, our coffee bar includes both a traditional drip coffeemaker capable of regular or extra strength blend and a K-cup individual brewing machine. For those so inclined, a wine station with several sizes of wine glasses, champagne toast glasses, and space for storing up to 6 bottles of wine is featured in the kitchen. All bedrooms include a spare set of linens and blankets if needed. Bathrooms include hand, bath and wash towels as well as a hair dryer and curling iron. Dedicated beach towels for the pool are also provided near the pool area. Guests should note that our home is a self-service home, and as such you will need to provide your own food, soaps, spices, paper goods during your stay - but a basic starter kit is included to get you through your first-day arrival.

Our home includes free high-speed Wifi internet capable of streaming multiple devices and video games simultaneously. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs for streaming capacity as well as a package of free live TV ready for viewing.

For your safety, our front door locking is smart code enabled - no keys necessary! We also include voice-notification of the opening of all doors to the house, motion camera security for your vehicle and all lower level windows and exterior doors, available removable children's pool safety fence, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

If you are booking your stay during the cooler months (November through April) and plan on swimming, pool heating is highly recommended and must be requested. Pool heating can be added optionally between May and October upon request ($40 per night, 4 night minimum, each 7th night provided free) but is not generally required. Pool heating does not warm the pool to the temperature of a hot tub but does increase its warmth considerably for use during the winter months, approximately 85-86 degrees.

Our community also includes a community pool (unheated) and playground for use during your stay. Please note: the garage is reserved for the owner's use and is unavailable. Two parking spots off-street are available in the driveway.
