This house was a great place to stay and was perfect for our family. The pool was wonderful. We spent a lot of time by the pool. We loved watching the sun rise on the pool deck. We enjoyed the game room too. We loved that we all had our own space. The rooms were very nice. Very clean house. Loved seeing the wildlife. We will book this again if we come the the Orlando area. Host answers quickly.

The house was just like the pictures, our family enjoyed the pool - we even saw some of the Disney fireworks over the trees! House was clean, friendly neighborhood, close to grocery and restaurants, and host checked in on us to make sure things were going well. Would definitely stay again!

This is our second time staying in this house and it still exceeded all of our expectations. Joe is such a great host and super quick to respond to anything. I'm only upset that now everyone else has discovered this gem and it is becoming so hard to book for a third stay next year! If you are looking for a great option close to Disney and Clermont yet secluded and peaceful, this is the best value for your money. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to look at availability for our next trip to central Florida.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, wonderful pool, hot tub and lanai with a view of a pond. Our host was very accommodating and pleasant. My only suggestion is being an older adult I could have used a handrail in the pool/hot tub. Close to Disney if that is your vacation destination. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a good place to spend their vacation.

Heron Cove Villa is of beautiful home in a tranquil setting, overlooking a small lake with abundance of wildlife on view.The villa is extremely well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay away from home.From start to finish communication with both owner and management team was highly responsive and positive.A welcome tray with a small amounts of provisions was a unexpected delight for weary overseas traveler's and set the tone for the whole of our stay.I have no hesitation in highly recommending this wonderful villaMany thanks to Joe (owner) and all the team.

Property as described. Heated pool was worth it. We traveled over to theme parks more than originally planned but drive.to disney was easy enough suggest avoiding 192 when possible. Very easy to get ahold of resources for any needs.

Family Disney Vacation

We had a fabulous stay. The VRBO was very nice and conveniently located to the grocery store, restaurants and all the Disney parks. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool.

We had a great time at this property!! 4 adults and 2 kids stayed. It was a prrfect amount of space. The pool was fun and we loved the peaceful setting near the pond. It was an easy drive to disney parks and we really liked being in a quieter neighborhood. The host was very attentive and responsive! We had a minor, normal issue with an appliance and they had someone fix it the following day. We loved our stay here!
