Convenient location, clean apartment, responsive host

The apartment is located in a convenient location, and the apartment was very clean. Everything runs on door codes, so it was easy to check in and check out. The pullout couch and shower curtain are old and could use an update, but otherwise the rental was great for us! The host was very responsive to messages.

Great Stay Overall

Great location and the property had everything equipped. AC was amazing and powerful. A couple of issues I would say we're having barely any hot water to shower (even though there was a note from the host) throughout the stay, and the floors were kind of uneven throughout the property but this could be because the building is older. Overall a great stay!

Good neighborhood, but place ok

nice neighborhood, good communication with owners, but quality of bed, pillows not good. garbage disposal didn’t work so issues with sink draining all week. no rugs anywhere and rug was shown in picture. Linoleum tile floor that buckled and caused tripping. Old narrow stairs to get up and down.

Communication was great, but the cleanliness of the place was bad with minor damage to the walls, floor and some of the handles. The shower curtain fell at midnight and while we were showering. There was a lot of animal hair and my socks were black on the bottom so I don’t get why they charge a cleaning fee when it’s very dirty. The stairs felt unsafe and are cracking. The neighbors dogs are super loud too. Overall a great location, but not really worth it IMO

Cute, small apartment. Fine for a short stay

The property was reasonably clean though it smelled of fish when we arrived. The door latch is messed up and has about a half inch of wiggle room when the door is locked. It didn’t feel very secure. The decor is nicely done with cute appliances including a fully stocked Nespresso machine which I very much appreciated. I didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to have all the necessities with the exception of silverware. Where is the silverware? I had to stir my coffee with a butcher knife. The owner promptly responded when I reached out on Arrival about the door.

Definitely a what I paid for vs. What I Got

This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of the major highways and local bars, but I'd pass on it on my next Dallas trip.

Such a great place!

There was great communication on how to use the property, safe area too. The owners left great notes about things to do around town and pictures were accurate to the property. Such an adorable place and overall great stay!
