This was perfect for us to visit with grandparents. Plenty of space to play and the rooms were very comfy. Only thing to be wary of is the death stairs with a toddler.

It was so easy to get around the places we needed go from this location. Another plus was that we got to bring our dogs. The linens on the bed were high quality and the bed itself was so comfortable.

We enjoyed staying here and it was very clean. The Katy Trail entrance to park was in back parking lot. The upstairs was my favorite with plenty of closet space.The negatives, facet drips in master bath.

We had a short weekend stay in Dallas and this rental fit the bill perfectly. Clean, great amount of space, everything working (including A/C). Having 2-1/2 baths was nice! Loved being able to go out the back gate and jump on the Katy trail for a cooler evening walk.

Dallas wedding trip

We were in town for a few days for my nephews wedding and this place was perfect for us. Very clean, well equipped and the location is very convenient to downtown, Highland Park and University Park. We also loved being on the Katy Trail. Took several long walks and it was great. Also only a short 15-20 minute walk down to the Katy Trail Icehouse which we love!

Really nice apartment with direct access to Katy Trail and on very quiet street in Uptown. Everything needed was there from coffee to shampoo. Clean and comfy. Only critique was 2nd bedroom bed was very firm. Otherwise great stay!

Evaluation

The front door lock panel definitely needs replaced it does not work the first 5-6 times. The cockroaches in the back of the toilet then jumped out when I removed the lid to stop the running toilet, then had to chase after to kill it was annoying. Other than that it was good location, mostly clean, process easy.

4119 Buena Vista St Dallas TX

The look of the place online was very decieving. We were disappointed. The downstairs back patio glass sliding door wouldn't lock, which made us feel very unsecure during our stay. The 3rd day there, I ended up purchasing a piece of wood to secure the glass sliding door. The stairway had no hand rails or guards, which was a safety hassard.The upstairs outdoor patio wood floor was dry rotted which appeared to be safety hassard. The place was clean but old.
