This house has amazing views of the Red Mountain and Snow Canyon's red rocks. Located directly across from the Lazy river water park. The upper deck over looks the new water park and pools.

This home is the complete package! Sleeps up to 22 people and is great to host your family reunion, or multi-family getaway. Sit on the balcony which overlooks the new water park and enjoy the views of the snow canyon and red mountains. Spend the days relaxing by the pool, playing in the water park, and grab a snow cone. At night light up the grill, have a family game night with the ping pong table and hot shot, or have movie night on one of the 75" Smart TVs. From the first day of your stay this will become a family favorite getaway location.

Located just a few miles northwest of St George, Paradise Village in Santa Clara, Utah is a gorgeous community and resort, perfect for the whole family! The home was very nice, clean and comfortable. It accommodated our 14 guests very well with king size beds and bathrooms in 5 of the bedrooms and plenty of beds and another bathroom in the bunk room. The kitchen had a double oven and plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for our Thanksgiving dinner. We all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for the whole family.

We wanted a place for all of the family to reconnect and this was it. Grandchildren, parents, siblings and grandparents were all able to stay, play, eat, laugh and love one another. This house was perfect.

It was an amazing home cleanliness top notch, roomy. Every bedroom had a ton of room and a bathroom big kitchen, a lot of room for games across the street from the swimming pool and close to the second pool. It was amazing.

Family reunion

This house had everything we needed for 3 fun filled days of water fun. You can just walk across the street to the water park, and the second pool is only about a block in the other direction. The large bunk room held all the cousins. Tuachan is only 20 minutes away to enjoy a show.

Excellent House, poor communication with property manager

We stayed here as a large group of moms and daughters. Everything was as advertised and the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pool table was broken upon arrival, and communication with the property manager was really poor. I reached out multiple times with questions ahead of our stay and never received anything but an automated response with generic information we needed for check in.

Perfect Home & Location!

Everyone in our group loved staying here, it was perfect for our needs. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-apportioned. There was ample space to spread out and everyone had their own bed and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. The only thing it did not have was a coffee pot/maker, this was not a deal breaker as we were able to enjoy the walking trail to grab coffee from Harmons or Beans & Brews. The location is perfect it's near everything you need: grocery stores, and restaurants, and very close to Tuachann, Snow Canyon. Communication with the host was excellent. They were immediately responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would absolutely book here again.

Our Review

We had our family reunion at this home. It worked well for our group of 22! The home was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedding. We had enough space for us to eat in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked. We were actually amazed with how many items were there to help with cooking. Our only complain was that the pools do get crowded. Not much you can do about that when you go when it is hot though. Just wish the community had another really big pool space to help accommodate the crowds. We would definitely stay again though!

Wonderful Family Getaway

It was what we were expecting. It fit our family well and always something to do! They were just finishing cleaning when we got there at check in so they were rushing . When we got settled they had forgotten to restock the supplies. No shampoo and conditioner in the wall containers in 2 of the bathrooms, no dishwasher pods or garbage sacks. We messaged our host but never did get a reply. So we had to buy some things unexpected but turned out okay. Very good location and we had a wonderful time!

Wonderful family retreat location

This place was perfect for our extended family to stay together and celebrate our matriarch's 80th birthday. It was great to be able to cook & eat together, take kids to the water park, sleep, and just generally spend time together. Grocery store is just a couple minutes away, so we could not ask for more. Thank you for such a wonderful opportunity, we hope to make it an annual occasion!
