Everything was just as described, and Richard was excellent with communication! Everything a family could need in a rental was available— the property even gave us ideas of what else we should offer in our own rental property! We rented due to a family health situation, and this house is incredibly conveniently located just a few blocks from the Sanford Broadway Medical Center in a nice neighborhood where we felt safe walking back and forth to the hospital. Would definitely recommend for a family who had someone in the hospital longer term, a medical professional needing to be near that hospital, or anyone just wanting to be near downtown with more amenities than the downtown hotels offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and lovely property

Walkable to either downtown or the Fargodome, the location could not be beat. The house itself was wonderful as well with a nice front porch and quiet backyard. Very clean and well stocked, nice touches from the property manager. Would definitely stay again.
