the condo was great but not what we thought we were getting based on the listing as well as emails with the agent to confirm amentiies in the room. The check in process was difficult due to how this was booked. Other than that, the room was very nice.

Host cancelled, booked over 1 month in advance but cancelled 2 business days prior to stay. Was unable to get another unit in the same area in short period of time so had to stay somewhere else and deal with traffic and getting a car.

Communication was above and beyond! Very detailed, timely and made checking in very smooth. The unit itself was amazing. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The best part was how easy it was to walk to Mercedes-Benz stadium (we were in town for a World Cup match) and World of Coca-Cola and the aquarium. Great location!
