About this property

South Park BnB House for Travellers!

Enjoy this house with AC, nice living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms close to South Park. On street parking on a quiet street right out front. open unfenced grassy area for relaxation. Quick access to downtown restaurants and activities.

There is a coin op washer and dryer located in the house next door. Access is through a locked door with your access code.

On street parking right out the front door underneath a street light. Quiet neighborhood with good neighbors - hard working blue collar neighborhood and retiree’s right around you.

This property has been listed on another site and been extremely full. Recently I have been disgusted with poor service and decided to list this unit here.

I reserve the right to ask for verification of your drivers license before I accept your reservation even though the web site may approve your reservation. I only rent to people from out of town. Please no smokers.

Comfortable and close to downtown area.

This rental is reasonably priced and close to a nice park and the downtown area. It was well stocked and a nice basket of snacks was waiting for us on the table. The owner was very helpful and kind in answering my myriad of questions. He made sure we had everything we needed. Appreciated his checking on us during our stay.

Nice little place in South Park

Great little house that worked well for us while I was working in Billings. This place is small but it's located right by South Park. The house functions exactly as it should and is cool in the summer and warm in the cold weather.
