Location:
Our central location allows you to take in all that Downtown Billings has to offer. You're minutes away from some of Billings best restaurants and entertainment. If staying in and cooking is your thing, multiple grocery stores are just a few minutes away. If the kids are needing to burn off some energy, a local park is just down the street! Hospitals are 5 minutes away as well as Billings Logan International Airport!
The Space:
Our home features three inviting bedrooms (queen beds) dedicated to restful nights and a large living room built for comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your culinary adventures.
******Please note that there is a separate unit downstairs that is being long term rented.*******
Access:
Our guests have access through the front door (up the steps to the left), which features keyless entry (door will lock on its own). The door by the garage leads to the downstairs, which is an occupied long term rental.
Although guests may not park in the driveway, they are more than welcome to load/unload for their stay. We please ask that you park your vehicle(s) in any of the numerous spots on the street.
The garage and backyard are not currently available at this time but guests are more than welcome to enjoy the front yard.
Other Details:
Our property utilizes a security camera at the front door. Safety is of utmost importance to us and our guests!
There is no access to the backyard at this time. Guests may enjoy the front yard.
House Rules:
1) We have a long-term renter downstairs. We ask that you please be mindful and respectful of their presence. They have been told to do the same for you!
2) Please remove your shoes and place on the provided rugs at the front door.
3) Please DO NOT adjust the settings (temperature) of the thermostat. Please ask if you would like to adjust. May be switched between heat and AC according to weather conditions.
4) Quiet hours are from 8PM until 7AM (in accord with Billings City Ordinance).
5) No additional overnight guests over the number given when booking. If addition guests are found to have stayed there will be a 50$ charge per additional guest, per night. We understand our guests may be in town visiting family or friends, but please NO MORE than 8 total people at the residence at one time.
6) No pets. If evidence of any pet is found there will be a $300 additional cleaning fee and guest(s) will be subjected to removal from the premises.
7) Street parking only. Three vehicle max. No parking in the driveway. Loading and unloading is ok, as long as the vehicle(s) make their way to the street to be parked.
8) Please do not unplug the internet or anything else plugged into the power strip located in the bedroom next to the kitchen.
9) If utilizing the upstairs bedroom AC or heater, please turn them off when leaving.
10) Smoking is not allowed inside or near the residence. Please stay at least 25 feet away from all entrances when smoking outside (sign posted by front door). A $500 fine will be imposed if smoking inside the house has occurred.
11) Large black dumpster can be found at the head of the driveway for trash. DO NOT place trash in the green bin.
12) Absolutely not parties. If I party is suspected to be occurring, immediate removal of all guests will take place.
