Smaller two bedroom, one bath home, quaint and clean. Comfortable beds, large TVs, nice back yard and a large parking area in front. A functional kitchen with washer and dryer. Reasonably priced and super close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Jacksonville at this clean and comfortable home. It was conveniently located to a wonderful restaurant and micro brewery. We went to St Augustine and it was an easy drive. This was a quality stay for a great price.

Ample parking at the main door. A large, private backyard. All the furniture looked great, and the whole decor had a really cool vibe. I really love the red leather couch in front of the enormous television. Everything was very clean. Some extras such as air freshener in the bathroom was a nice addition. Prompt communication with the owner. This is a property where I would stay again when I return to Jacksonville.

I felt safe being in a neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. Close to events and shopping. Perfect size for two friends traveling for a few days. There are security cameras and I noticed neighbors with security cameras. Would definitely book this property again. Very cute and cozy home. Has fenced backyard. Felt safe in neighborhood. This was the cutest little home and so well kept. Everything was immaculate. The owner was very good about communication, access was easy in and out with great parking and literally minutes from the local arenas. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

Great place and great location.

I have family in San Marco and this was perfect for my family to have our own space. The neighborhood was quiet. The description was exactly as the owner provided. The home was clean with ample parking. It was our home away from home for Thanksgiving break and we would definitely stay here again when the need arises. No complaints whatsoever.
