Luxury private villa, 3 bedrooms for 6 persons, garden and private pool, with free WiFi. The villa "Tomary" is tastefully decorated villa in Andalusian style with many beautiful details.
The house was originally built for the owner's family.
The details of this spacious villa:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds, one with double bed - all with fitted wardrobes
- 2 shower rooms
- Large, open living room with fireplace and satellite TV (British channels !)
- Kitchen with dining table and chairs, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove with ceran-plates and
Oven, microwave and all other necessary kitchen equipment
From the balcony of the upper floor you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the landscape around Conil.
The porche is furnished with beautiful wicker furniture. From the beautifully landscaped garden a small door leads to the large Pool area.
The property is completely fenced with a partly overgrown wall. You access the property through a large gate.
The house is located in Roche Viejo on the road to the port. The town Conil with its many restaurants, bars and shops
is reached in about 3 KM. The distance to the nearest beach is about 1000 meters.

Beautiful Stay

It was a very nice time at Casa Tomary, everything was nice and clean. The area is beautiful and the owner Nina and her husband were very helpful every single time we had questions. We can also recomment the House with a toddler (1,5y) as the Place is very safe (walls around the House and the pool in a seperate area with a lockable door) Thanks for everything!

Der Aufenthalt in der Casa Tomary war sehr schön. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und einem super Pool. Es war alles sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber, Manolo und Nina, sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Unser Hund war willkommen und konnte sich frei bewegen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nina und Manolo sind...

Nina und Manolo sind schon 5 Sterne wert und dank heutiger Übersetzungstechnik war die Verständigung auch verdammt gut und hilfreich. Wir als Gäste in diesem Land und Ort waren nach kurzem Eingewöhnen wieder "zu Hause":-) Ein Punkt hat mich auch diesmal etwas unruhig gemacht, das Tor, was leider nicht mehr elektrisch funktioniert. Da diese Straße eine Abkürzung für die Einheimischen bedeutet, ist das Rein- und Herausfahren nicht ungefährlich, weil die Ausfahrt etwas ungünstig liegt! Ansonsten geben wir ein großes Lob weiter. Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingemauert, was für Kinder und Hunde optimal ist. Pool ist ebenfalls groß und sauber. Auch die Gastgeber sind bei Anfragen sehr schnell und super freundlich. Große Empfehlung :)

Un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar

Llegamos bastante antes de la hora y la casa ya estaba preparada y pudimos entrar. La casa tiene todo tipo de comodidades, una cocina grande con todo lo necesario, las habitaciones comodisimas y frescas y lo mejor de todo: una piscina espectacular. La persona encargada (Nina) encantadora. Hay que coger coche para muchas cosas pero igual que en cualquier casa de este tipo en la zona. Sin ninguna duda, volveremos a esta casa.

Vacaciones geniales

La casa esta cerca de la cala del aceite, es una playa pequeña y tranquila, esta a 10 min en coche del centro. En la parte de la piscina le da bastante el sol, la piscina es bastante amplia y limpia. Supermercado esta a 5 min mas o menos en coche ( Carrefour, MaxDía y Mercadona), en la parte de Carrefour hay un bazar barato. Zona muy tranquila nos encanto y la recomendamos. Saludos desde Braunschweig.

Es hat uns außerorde...

Es hat uns außerordentlich gut in dem Haus gefallen. Es ist ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus; alles ist vorhanden und man ist etwas abseits vom Trubel. Von dort aus kann man alles super erreichen und der Pool ist eine Sensation. Wenn man zum Strand will, kann man Liegestühle mitnehmen und Sonnenschirme, man kann sich aber auch sehr angenehm am Pool aufhalten. Es war alles sauber und komfortabel, wir kommen wieder und können es nur empfehlen.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist toll! Vor allem der Garten und der große Pool - sehr schön und alles sehr sauber! Es gibt Luftmatratzen, Schirme und Pooltücher. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und in gutem sauberen Zustand. Einziger Wermutstropfen... es liegt an einer etwas stärker befahrenen Straße. Zum einkaufen sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Strand kann man gut zu Fuß gehen (ca. 15-20 Minuten) von daher ist die Lage recht gut. Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Auch bei evtl. Problemen ist die Vermieterin schnell zur Stelle, da sie gleich nebenan wohnt. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen!

Wunderschöne, grosszuegige und gepflegte Finca in ruhiger Lage. Wunderschoene und gemuetliche Ausstattung mit grossem Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt und koennen dies Finca nur weiter empfehlen!
