Summer Fun Villa is a bright, spacious home about a 5-minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach, close to the beach, high-rise hotels, restaurants, nightlife and casinos. The 6 bedrooms all have king beds and smart TVs, and the villa sleeps 14. Spend your days at the private pool, sun deck and jetted tub, then challenge the group to indoor and outdoor games. A fun, easygoing home base for families and groups of all ages.
THE SPACE
From the moment you enter, you're greeted by soaring ceilings, natural light and a bright, open-concept design. The modern interior is accented with warm wood tones, blending comfort and style. The vaulted living room has French doors that open directly to your private backyard. A tankless water heater means plenty of hot water.
Kitchen/Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel Samsung appliances, a 5-burner gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker, Ninja blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, teapot, and all cookware, utensils, glassware and dinnerware. The dining table seats 10. With large groups the ice maker may not keep up, so you may need to buy extra ice. Please do not put bags of ice into the ice dispenser, as it damages the motor.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge is provided. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.
Living Room
Relax on the sectional sofa with a 55" Roku smart TV (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps), or open the French doors to let in the island breeze.
Outdoor Space
The private, fully walled yard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The pool (4.5 feet deep throughout) gets sun all day and has a shallow sunbathing ledge, great for catching rays or for little ones to splash. A jetted tub (not a hot tub) adds extra comfort. Under the covered patio, a large sectional couch and coffee table make a shady spot to unwind, and family-friendly swings keep the kids happy. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off after the beach.
Outdoor Games
Oversized chess, a ping pong table, regulation cornhole, Kan Jam, pool basketball and giant Jenga.
Bedrooms
6 bedrooms, sleeps 14. The main house has 4 bedrooms, including 2 en-suites with private bathrooms. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are detached suites, each with a private bathroom. All bedrooms have king beds and smart TVs. There is also a dedicated desk and chair if you need to work while on vacation. Bedroom 6 also has a twin trundle (a twin bed with a rollaway twin bed underneath), and Bedroom 4 has a baby crib.
Bathrooms
5 bathrooms: 4 en-suite and 1 shared hallway bath in the main house. Each has a walk-in shower with a detachable handheld shower head. Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please bring shampoo and body wash.
Laundry Room
A private laundry room in the pool house has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.
Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs and beach towels (one per person). We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.
Additional Amenities
Iron and ironing board, hairdryer in every bathroom, baby crib (with fitted sheet) and highchair.
Children
Please note the villa is not specifically childproofed. A baby crib (with fitted sheet) and a highchair are always provided. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. The property is fully walled, but there is no fence directly around the pool. Please supervise children at all times.
GUEST ACCESS
Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. A lockbox is located at the front door; you'll receive the code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. The oversized driveway fits 1 large vehicle or 2 smaller cars, and additional cars can park on the street in front of the house. Guests have full access to the entire villa, except a small closet labeled "Owner's Closet" in the back bedroom of the main house.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.
