The patio was great, I love the pool. The host(Edward) was very attentive, every issue was handled immediately. Ton was very helpful as well. Had a great time.

Edward was awesome and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. The house itself was very nice and clean. However, we didn’t feel it was the best fit for a family with young kids. There are a lot of stairs throughout the house and outdoor areas, which made us nervous from a safety standpoint. The outdoor space is beautiful, but the steps there were also a concern. The neighbors were friendly, but sleeping was difficult because of the constant barking dogs and early morning roosters.

Thank you so much for the kind words about the house and my quick responses we truly appreciate it! 😊 As for the stairs… well, it’s a two-story house! 😄 Unless someone invents teleportation, stairs are usually how people get to the second floor. And yes, our neighbourhood comes with complimentary Caribbean alarm clocks roosters for the morning shift and the occasional neighbourhood dog for the night shift! 🐓 It’s all part of the authentic island experience. Listing was accurate. This is a great place for families or friends who want to get together but also have the privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and almost all of our time was spent there when not walking down to the beach. Definitely rent a car to explore the rest of the island and to get supplies.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Aruba, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Edward! From the moment we booked, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly responsive and answered every question we had within minutes. You could truly tell that he cared about his guests and wanted us to have the best experience possible.The house itself was spacious, beautiful, clean, and filled with fun, unique décor. With 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, every bedroom having its own private full bathroom, it was perfect for our group. We especially loved the unique pool, the layout of the property, and the BBQ and bar area. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, hang out, and enjoy our time together.Ton, the property manager, was also wonderful. Anytime we needed something, he was quick to respond and arrive to help. He even stopped by midweek with additional supplies and fresh towels, which was thoughtful.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If we ever return to Aruba, we would absolutely contact Edward again and stay here without hesitation. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, spacious place to stay with an amazing host!And one little tip… you definitely won’t need an alarm clock! The neighborhood dogs will make sure you’re up and ready to start your day. Thank you, Edward and Ton, for helping make our Aruba vacation so memorable.

The house is beautiful! We had 12 adults with plenty of room. Very clean and excellent communication with the property owner. He is very quick to respond and very accommodating. The house is about a 15 min drive from town so you will need a rental car. We would definitely book again.

Great house and location

The house was better than expected! The location was great as it was a short drive to several beaches and restaurants. The beach near the house was great for snorkeling. The pool and outdoor space was fantastic!

Second time here. As always, the place is in great shape, perfect for large groups, and both the owner and the property manager are very responsive and great to work with.This is about a 20 minute ride to hotel zone so close enough to get there when you want to, but far enough away to be way more chill and away from all of the crowds and mayhem. Despite not being in that main zone, there are some great restaurants within a couple miles as well as supermarkets and everything else you need. The pool area is amazing, and then with access to the small beach across the street you really have everything you need. Highly recommended. We are already thinking about dates for the next visit.

Wonderful

We had 14 guest in this home. The house was beautiful, and clean. Lots of stairs in this home so was a little tricky with 2 elderly females with canes, but we made it work and truly enjoyed our stay. Having the pool and grill out back was the perfect spot to hang in the evening and grill out for our family! Would definitely stay here again!

As we arrived and entered the house, I was impressed with the cleanliness. The layout is wonderful for a group of people. Theres plenty of room for 13 of us to walk around inside the house without each other. The pool area is amazing. There’s a full bathroom in pool area and kitchenette. I messaged the manager a few times for some essentials and they were quickly provided to us. This is a great location because it is not near the tourist area, but easily accessed if we wanted to go there. There are beaches across the street to choose from which made this location perfect for us. I highly recommend renting this home.

Most amazing house

This house was everything as advertised and more. It was beautiful, comfortable, and safe! I love the fact that we had so many towels on hand for the pool, beach and showers. The balcony was so nice to see the ocean at night. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The host was always super responsive, quickly.

Family Vacation

The property was as advertised in the listing. The property owner and staff, especially Ton, are very responsive if needed. The beach across the street, Mangel Halto, was our favorite place to snorkel. My family was very happy with this property and I would definitely stay there again.

Great House

Nice home in quiet area centrally located in Aruba’s countryside. Gorge was extremely helpful and Edward made all reservations. The pool are was the most amazing feature of the house. Definitely recommend renting the van.

This was our second time at this property. There is plenty of room for 14 adults. 7 bedrooms with en-suite are huge and private. The outdoor space around the pool is amazing with ample area for outdoor grilling and dinners under the pavilion. This home is actually better than the online listing. There is a beautiful large balcony for viewing gorgeous sunsets. Easy, quick access to the airport. It is in a more quiet section as opposed to the craziness of the high-rise and hotel areas. There is a beach within walking distance, but you will need transportation to explore other parts of the island. The host can make a 12 passenger van available to upon request for your stay. If any issues or questions arise the host is very quick to respond, and will have someone there in no time to assist. We are looking forward to many more stays!
