About this property

Vacation home/bugalow with top sea view, secluded location and barrier-free

With village view, olive grove atmosphere and great view of the sea, this house is located on a private plot of 4000m2 on the north coast of Crete.

The floor plan in the form of a hexagon and absolute secluded location without neighbors make this bungalow something special. A partially covered terrace that leads around the bungalow and large windows or Glass fronts offer every guest their favorite place.

The bungalow with its 140m2 of living space is fully equipped and furnished with attention to detail. The pergola with a solid wooden table and benches invites you to eat outdoors or just to linger in a hammock. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are on one side of the general living room and are therefore spatially separated from each other.

The house was not built for rent and the owners live in it themselves in winter. Therefore, it is very cozy and designed with personal details.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Der Check in ist problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist jeden Cent wert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer (zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Diele, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, mit offener Küche und Kochinsel waren alle sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Es ist angenehm ruhig und zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto gut 10 Minuten. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder dorthin fahren und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Für uns - absolut perfekt!!!!

Wir sind zu dritt mit zwei kleinen Hunden verreist. Papa ist im Rollstuhl und ist super zurecht gekommen! Eine Rampe zur Terrasse machte alles perfekt! Vielen lieben Dank und von unserer Seite kommen wir gerne wieder! Die Lage ist fernab vom Strand, somit auch vom Tourismus, aber dennoch in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, das muss man mögen, für uns war’s aber absolut perfekt! Ein kleines Hindernis war die Auffahrt, was unseren Urlaubsspass aber keineswegs behindert hat… Wir kommen definitiv und gerne wieder!!!

Splendide

La maison est mieux que sur les photos : l’architecture est magnifiquement pensée et les équipements sont soignés. Le cadre est magnifique : vue sur la mer au loin, pas de voisins, tranquillité parfaite dans les oliviers. La route ne dérange pas car elle est loin et peu passante. Les commerces sont en bas, un peu loin mais c’est le prix pour la tranquillité. Les équipements de la cuisine sont impeccables : il y a tout ce qu’il faut et même plus pour y passer des vacances paisibles (même les couteaux de cuisines sont aiguisés ce qui est rare dans les locations). Accueil par un Franco-Grec très sympa Er disponible, ce qui facilite beaucoup l’échange. Les seuls bémols sont la chaleur de la maison (intenable sans la climatisation) et les guêpes qui sont nombreuses. La maison et son environnement ne conviennent pas aux petits enfants (elle n’est pas sécurisée et tout est impeccable si bien que des petits, même calmes, finiraient par abîmer). Dernier point gênant : les caméras tournent en permanence, ce qui est assez désagréable. En résumé, maison splendide avec vue merveilleuse et très agréable à vivre. Vivement recommandée.

Dit huis heeft sfeer en een schitterend uitzicht. De eigenaar geeft een inkijkje in zijn eigen leven waardoor je je thuis voelt. Het is ruim van binnen en buiten. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel schoon.
