As mentioned in our listing, the apartment is described as cosy, with a mezzanine sleeping area accessed by a small stair running along the wall and that it can be used for sleeping only as it is not full body height and one can only stay seated on the bed. We understand that this arrangement may not be suitable for everyone, particularly guests who prefer easier access to the sleeping area or more living space when the sofa bed is in use. We always encourage guests to review the apartment description and photographs carefully before booking so that expectations are clear. Please note that the apartment is regularly enjoyed by up to three guests for short stays, with consistently positive feedback. Regarding the front door, we are sorry that you experienced difficulties with the lock. French locks can sometimes require a little practice for people used to other systems, had you called us, we would have gladly helped. Thank you again for your honest and constructive feedback.
