Elegant, large 2 bedroom main floor apartment
Our bright, spacious, modern, stylish 1200sqft space is on the main floor of a duplex; in the upscale Lytton Park area.
Enjoy free parking, complimentary wi-fi, a cozy breakfast area, two comfortable bedrooms with queen size beds, a workstation, and beautiful views of the neighbourhood.
The space
This place is a great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, recently divorced or separated, and families. We take great pride in providing a clean, safe, well-equipped and maintained apartment for the personal enjoyment of all our guests.
Guest access
The duplex has two main entrances, one on the front and the other on the side of the building, both equipped with keypad keyless entry connected to the alarm system.
The unit also has two doors, front and side door, with keyless entry keypad.
You will receive the doors code upon completing your booking.
Besides the free parking in the alley behind the building, there is an optional private garage for an additional fee.
The duplex has a nice front yard with a small deck for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
This is a minimum 28-day rental.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate smokers or pets. Children under the age of 12 are welcome, however, please note that your unit is not childproof.
You will be able to do a self-check-in at any time through a convenient keyless entry keypad. However, I would appreciate meeting you at some point during your visit to ensure your needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
You may have the option of a weekly apartment cleaning including floors, washroom, and kitchen, for an additional fee. Cleaning includes the changing of linen and towels, however, it does not include dishes or personal laundry. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the basement at no extra charge.
The rental premises are located on the main floor, and we inhabit the second level of the duplex.
Your unit has been recently updated with new floors, fresh paint, and new furniture for your comfort and enjoyment. We will expect the unit to be returned in the same condition.
Besides oil, salt and pepper, you will find other items for your convenience at no extra charge, such as water, snacks, coffee, and a variety of teas.
I would most appreciate quiet time after 10pm.
