The Space:
The apartment is located in back of the backyard. Enter the cozy living space featuring a 55” Roku TV, windows surrounded for natural light, and a L-shape sleeper couch that easily converts to a full-size bed and sleeps one person comfortably.

⭐The newly renovated bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided.
⭐The bedroom: It has a Queen bed with a comfortable pillowtop mattress, dedicated workspace with a desk.
⭐The kitchen: It well stocked with everything you will need to cook if desired including a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and coffee maker. It is stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware, wine glasses and more.
⭐ Coffee bar: dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐There are laundry room in the basement of the main house and basic detergent and dryer sheets are provided if you need to do a load of laundry during your stay.
⭐High speed WI-FI internet through the whole house.
⭐PARKING: Free Street parking readily available on a first come first serve basis. Parking is never an issue.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the guest suite, including the fenced yard. The laundry room is located in the basement of the main building and is accessible to guests.

⭐5 minutes' drive to Whole Foods.
⭐2 mins walking distance to Publix.
⭐4 minutes' drive to museums.
⭐A plenty of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops just a few mins away in walking distance.

Getting Around:
20 minutes' drive to Richmond airport.
10 minutes' drive to Richmond-Main Street Station.

Other Things to Note:
⭐About smoking: it is NOT allowed inside of the building, feel free to do so on the porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.
⭐About cooling/heating: We have mini split AC/heating system. The remote is located on the wall,
⭐Trash bin is located behind the backyard.
⭐The quiet hour is 9pm-8am.
⭐The home is pet friendly, we ask you to be mindful of the home and not allow your pet on the furniture or bed. we ask that you do not leave them alone for a long period of time.
⭐Please be mindful that the home sets in a neighborhood. The homes are close to one another; we want to ensure that we keep our residential neighbors happy by keeping the noise volume down. This includes dogs barking for an extensive period of time.
