Under the roof of our energy efficiency house, which was completed in 2016, you will find 7 spacious, modern apartments with living areas between 40 and 80 square meters. These all have a balcony or terrace with lake or mountain views, bathrooms with daylight, fitted kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens and ceramic hobs. Washer and dryer are available for free use. We also offer clear, free parking spaces and a lockable bike box with charging options for e-bikes. With our own power generation and solar thermal water heating with heating support, we can operate our house in an environmentally conscious and resource-saving manner. You will find us on the outskirts of Wasserburg, just a few steps from the publicly accessible shore of Lake Constance and the outdoor pool, surrounded by fruit trees. Our "largest", 3 room non-smoking apartment "Bregenz" is also on the 1st Floor. On 78 square meters, it offers enough space for a relaxing holiday. A large living-dining area with fitted kitchen, bedroom with 200 × 200 cm bed, room with 2 beds, bathroom with spacious shower and large bathtub. With a 6-person occupancy, the sofa in the living area can be folded down into a bed with a separate mattress 160 × 200 cm. 2 TV sets, Bose sound compact system, oiled wooden parquet floors and individual carpenter furniture make the apartment a feel-good factor. Floor-to-ceiling corner windows in the living area offer you a wonderful view of Lake Constance and fruit trees from the sofa. The dining area can be opened through a large floor-to-ceiling sliding window to the 5 sqm balcony.
