Absolutely terrible!

We ended up cancelling and filing a complaint because the host never responded to messages asking about check in or even location. I really wonder if this was an actual location or just a cash grab by someone. Do not ever book with this host!

Worst service I have ever received in my life

It’s absolutely impossible to reach the owner/manager of the location, your support team was also unable to reach them my check in day. The property is so unsafe and unsatisfactory this property should not be allowed to be rented. I sent photos to your support team because I could not allow my family to stay there. I sent multiple photos, there is no chance that this location passes the minimum health and safety standards for a commercial property. Your support team mentioned someone would reach out to me soon, after multiple days I keep getting the same answer
