The condo was beautifully decorated and updated throughout. It had everything you could need, we were impressed as soon as we opened the front door, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. It was a short walking distance and close to great restaurants.

Perfect condo for Dyersville stay

The property is impeccable and new. The condo is a walkable location to several pubs, restaurants and coffee shop. I would rent this unit again and highly recommend it!

Baseball tournament

Great place to stay in Dyersville. We came for a baseball tournament and it was within minutes of every park and within 9 minutes to Field of Dreams movie site. We had a good time!

Beautiful condo and perfectly situated for a wedding weekend. The only reason I’m not posting a 5 star review is because the host neglected to mention that the unit is literally right next to a busy train track - we arrived at night and did not realize it until we we awakened by the entire bedroom shaking as the train, its lights and whistles stunned us out of a deep sleep at 4 am. Otherwise clean, thoughtfully appointed and lovely!

I'm sorry that you were not aware of the train that goes through the edge of town. I have it noted in several places on the rental information pages. Previous guests have also talked about it several times in reviews. I try to be as transparent as possible so everyone knows what to expect with my rental. Please, anyone reading this, be sure to do your homework before renting anywhere. Read the information pages for the rental. Check reviews, the good and the bad. Fully read the access instructions provided. I (as well as the vast majority of owners) want everyone's stay to be a seamless as possible and go to great lengths to do so.

Fun couple of days

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan's property. He was very responsive and helpful and offered suggestions for dining etc. Very nice baseball motif for the Field of Dreams locale. We will stay again if opportunity arises.

Clean and Convenient

We were in town for a baseball tournament and loved this condo. It was within walking distance of everything in downtown Dyersville, close to the fields and the Field of Dreams Movie site. The full kitchen and laundry were very nice to have.

I booked this trip to visit the Field of Dreams. The property had a baseball theme throughout the place which made it perfect for the reason i was there. A very short walk and i was at some good restaurants and breweries. A great experience!

Quiet & Quaint

This vacation rental exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable and quiet (minus the train!). We loved the baseball themed decor and our stay. It's located in a new apartment complex next door to Millwork Creamery, LLC and the Textile Brewing Company. The town is quiet and quaint - exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Great Jones County Fair and are so happy we found this place to stay!

Great stay

We stayed for three nights at Ryan's condo. It was clean and comfortable. The location is within walking distance to some great restaurants. We enjoyed Textile, Millwork Gelato, and Fuse. Just an fyi-there is a bit of a walk down the hallway to the condo. And yes, there is a train right by the windows, but we made friends with it and thought it was pretty cool.

Great Location. Updated and clean.

We stayed for a weekend while my son played in a baseball tournament. The room worked great for us. Close to the fields, easy access to restaurants. The rest of the team was jealous as we walked to our place and they drove 25 minutes to their hotels. Ryan was quick to respond to anything and very friendly.

My first VRBO experience

The space was very clean! Ryan had everything set up and information sheets about the property and the local area. Ryan was amazing to deal with; a slight misunderstanding led to his willingness to over accommodate my family. He was easy to communicate with, and quick to respond, even ON the holiday! Ryan is amount the best of people in this world, and my family will be using his services EVERY time we are back visiting. Thank you Ryan, and God bless!!

Excellent facility, very clean

Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink would have been good. Also, a Swiffter product would have been better for the floors then a broom. Getting access to VRBO's can be somewhat more complex. Here it wasn't too bad, but should mention in your directions that there were two lock boxes and which one to use. It had bbr&b listed on it at first which was a little confusing. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

I grew up on a farm (and continue farming today) in Northeast Iowa. I have a rental cabin on the farm as well as a livestock grazing based farm acreage. I am passionate about creating visually appealing landscapes and properties. My family and I love to travel and stay at unique vacation rentals.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We love Dyersville!! We were initially drawn to town because of The Field of Dreams. (my boys love baseball and play it ALL summer) But we have found the rest of the town to be so warm and welcoming. There are some great restaurants and breweries as well as many other attractions for a town this size.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is the only condo building in town and it is brand new. Ease of access, convenient, modern. Only steps out the door are a great brewery and creamery. It's location to the The Field of Dreams is certainly the most unique thing about it. You will also want to check out the If You Build It exhibit, the National Farm Toy Museum, the Plaza Antique Mall, The Basilica of St. Francis Xavier and the Heritage bike trail.
