This home is located in a cozy gated community on the city's Northwest side. There is a great neighborhood park for the children to enjoy. Street parking is prohibited and towing is enforced between the hours of 2am - 5am. There are two parking spaces in the driveway. The garage has been converted into two additional bedrooms. There are only 5 overflow parking spots in the community; two of which are always taken and the other three I could not guarantee would be available for your stay. Some of my guests have parked their third vehicle at a nearby Walmart; approx. 3 miles away.
Regarding our sleeping accommodations, this is a traditional three-bedroom home with a converted garage for a total of five bedrooms. Two of our bedrooms (which includes the Master Bedroom) have Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has a Full size bed. The two-car garage has been converted into two additional rooms (bedrooms #4 and #5) and can be sectioned off to serve as a nice mini-apartment. The 4th bedroom is like a den with entertainment console, cable, flat screen TV and a futon (approx. Queen size). The 5th bedroom is accessed through bedroom #4 and has a Queen Size bed as well. If you would like, you could bring in an air mattress and place it in the Family Room.
Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

Hello! My name is Carlos; owner and founder of SA Vacay (San Antonio Vacation Rental Homes). I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My wife Stephanie and I have 6 children; 4 boys and and 2 girls! I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com & www.illbehonest.com). If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family! I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.
Why Carlos chose Bexar County
Well I didn’t choose San Antonio, God chose it for me 40 years ago. Oblivious to how great our city is, I spent most of my teenage & early 20’s hoping to travel to other cities and for an opportunity to experience life anywhere but San Antonio. The Lord saved me when I was 25 yrs old and I realized that there was nothing new under the sun. Wanting to run from my home town would have been nothing more than chasing after the wind. In 2001, I started working for a service contractor which provided me an opportunity to travel. I would always stay in a box (hotel), and if there was any leisure time, I would get in the rental car and explore the city’s scenery. It was nice but lacking a personalized experience. I wanted to know more about the city than just its buildings and scenery. I wanted to know the people and the experience of being a local; or at least feel like one for a few days. I thought, if I could stay amongst the people, then perhaps I could meet interesting people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and build friendships. What an opportunity we all have when renting a Vacation Rental Home! I once did a site visit at Disney World in Orlando Florida for a contract. There was an area in Downtown Disney that could convert your child’s hair, makeup and attire to become a princess for the day. Well you could become a San Antonian for a few days or even a few weeks when staying in one of my vacation homes! Come get to know the neighbors, community, and my fellow San Antonian’s! San Antonio is a beautiful city that has preserved its history and provides an aura of nostalgia. The Alamo, Missions, Riverwalk, Market Square, King William Historical District, La Villita, etc…, make the city attractive, romantic and family oriented. The city is vast and widespread with amenities such as countless golfing venues, shops, theme parks (Sea World & Six Flags), museums, nature parks, zoo, sporting events, horseback riding, bike trails, swimming, shooting, hunting, etc...

This home is located in beautiful gated community with friendly neighbors. Enjoy a peaceful walk or jog around this quiet neighborhood. There is a park within walking distance for the children to enjoy. The home also has a fully enclosed backyard for the kids to enjoy. A cozy deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue pit provides for a fun family & friends gathering. The converted garage serves as two extra bedrooms and the children are able to enjoy their favorite TV shows in this area while the adults gather in the open living and dining room.

The house is located in a quiet and private area. It is equipped with the basics that any family needs and some things that are always used in the kitchen and bathroom amenities. The only thing that we would have needed would be to be able to leave the house a little later since the check out is at 10 am. Thanks for everything Carlos.
Cute home and very clean in quiet neighborhood
We recently stayed here for my son’s graduation from basic at Lackland. The home was very cute and extremely clean and was located in a quiet, gated neighborhood. It was also a fairly quick ride to the base, downtown, and the airport. Only suggestion would be to either provide more bath towels. There were 4 towels for 5 guests and we ladies use two. Other than that, we had a fabulous time. Thank you!
A nice, clean, quite place to stay
The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood and surrounding area felt safe. It was a great place to relax and recharge while visiting San Antonio.
Our family of 10 (plus 1 toddler) visited San Antonio to celebrate a wedding. This house was perfect for us! It was convenient to everything - the airport, our venue, and downtown for sightseeing. The house was clean, comfortable and had a nice, easy flow for cooking, eating and just hanging out. We are grateful to have found such an excellent space for our family.
Everything was perfect for a large family
We had all we needed for a quick family vacation to Six Flags. The convenience of a short drive to Six Flags was a huge plus. Carlos had the house clean and stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a very nice relaxing stay!
This vacation rental home is located in a very nice gated community. There is a park in walking distance for the little ones. If you are visiting Six Flags Fiesta Texas, then this is the place to stay; located just 6 miles from the theme park. In this same area, you have endless restaurants, shopping, bowling, theaters, malls, etc... throughout the IH10 corridor; all within a 6 mile radius.
