About this property
All New, Fully Stocked Beachfront Guest Unit on Private Rd with Parking
Full rebuild completed in Jan. 2026, this beachfront guest house is tucked off Malibu Rd—away from PCH noise yet walkable to the Malibu Country Mart. Ideal for a couple or a small family, it can sleep up to 4 and features a private entrance, dedicated parking, and direct public beach access next to the property.
Guests can expect the following:
* Separate bedroom w/queen sized bed & en suite full bathroom
* Pull-out couch with double mattress In living area
* Private deck
* 2 televisions
* Fully stocked kitchen w/coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher
* Central A/C and heat
* Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hairdryer
* Beach towels
* Dish soap, initial supply of paper towels
* We usually have basic kitchen staples such as oil, sugar, vinegar, spices, ziploc bags, saran wrap, etc
* Note that for stays 3 days or over, the tenant will have access to a washer/dryer. If you need extra towels or linens during your stay, please reach out to us and we can provide you with additional supplies.
This house is located on a wet/dry beach. What that means is during low tides, there is beach to walk and play on but during high tide the water may come up to the house, which may limit the time of day you can access the beach. Also, during times of big swells plus super high tides, the beach can become rocky. The times for high and low tides vary every day but are predictable.
Only dogs are permitted on the Rental Property and only with the prior consent of the Owner. The pet fee includes ONE dog only. If you wish to bring more than one dog, you will be charged an additional pet fee. Visitors are not allowed to bring any dogs to the property unless approved in advance.

I grew up in Orange County and attended college at UC Irvine. I got my law degree at USC and practiced for several years before having children. I currently live in Brentwood with my husband and have two "kids" in college. I am a licensed real estate agent and manage a number of short term rental properties, including homes in Malibu, Marina del Rey and Mammoth.
I'm an avid sports fan, specifically of the Angels and Chargers, and take great pleasure in beating the boys in fantasy football! I love Scrabble, card games, beach bike rides, and hosting friends and family as often as possible with good food and wine.
I love to roam the globe, and am a well-traveled Airbnb guest so know what a host should do to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests. I strive to give all my guests a 5-star quality stay and pride myself on my responsiveness and flexibility.
