Villa Natalia, #8 Tranquility Beach Club, is a third floor penthouse offering one of the best beach, reef, and ocean locations on the island. As one of only nine units at Tranquility Beach Club, privacy, relaxation, and a quiet beach are yours in a very desirable and secure neighborhood only a few minutes south of San Pedro.
Built with comfort and flexibility of accommodations in mind the three bedrooms (King bed master, double queen room, and single queen top floor) each have its own bathroom. The tiled floor and high vaulted ceilings give the home a cool, airy, open feel. The furnishings have been carefully selected from worldwide locations such as Bali, Indonesia, Belize, Mexico and Peru. Central air-conditioning keeps the entire home cool, or open the windows to enjoy the ocean breeze. To keep our guests comfortable and in a spacious living environment occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 persons.
Villa Natalia's kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances you'll need to prepare meals at home when you're not enjoying the numerous island hangouts and restaurants. The dining room seats eight, or step through the French doors and dine al-fresco on the veranda overlooking the Reef and Caribbean Sea.
Our landscaped grounds include a perfect fresh water swimming pool just steps from the beach. Tropical wood chairs and chaises lounges made from sustainable lumber sources are convexity located around the pool and the beach. Our newly rebuilt dock extends 350 feet from the shore, and makes a convenient pick up spot for water taxis, dive boats, and tour charters, or to slip in the water for an easy afternoon swim and snorkel. We redesigned our palapa after the dock was destroyed by Hurricane Earl in 2016 and it has a large open feel with wonderful views and sea breezes right on the water. Its our sunset fave!
Only 2.5 miles South of San Pedro, we provide ground transportation on arrival to and departure from the island as a part of your reservation. Our location gives you easy access into town by golf cart (vendor discount available), taxi, or water taxi. Marin's Mini, our small neighborhood market, is located just up the road. It's great for basic groceries and necessities. 5 steps across the sandy road finds you at The Lone Star Grill & Cantina, and a short walk north takes you to the popular and award winning Black Orchid Restaurant owned by our friends Tom and Judyann.
