Walking Distance to Downtown Natchitoches / Christmas Lights

This is a newly renovated 3bedroom 2 bath home. Great location for people visiting NSU, Downtown Festivals or anyone wanting to spend a few days in Natchitoches. Walking distance to Downtown and less than a 5 minute drive to Wal Mart and most of the major restaurants in town. Exterior security lighting and cameras for your peace of mind. Parking is off of East 5th Street in the grass area near the side door. Our August Lock is located on the side door. This is allows easy access to the property for loading and unloading. There are steps inside the house. There are 2 steps in the master bedroom and a couple steps going from the main entrance into the kitchen area.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The most adorable house that was perfect for a weekend in Natchitoches. We loved all of the spaces especially the outside deck and hot tub. The house was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants on Front Street.Highly recommend..
